智能蓄電池活化裝置耐用,質量可靠

非常感謝主辦方有這么(me)個機會,與大(da)家再一(yi)次(ci)(ci)交流雙(shuang)碳下儲能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)問題(ti)。應(ying)該說(shuo)(shuo)對(dui)于儲能(neng)未(wei)來發(fa)展(zhan)的規劃(hua),過(guo)去五六年我們也(ye)一(yi)直在(zai)跟蹤,也(ye)一(yi)直在(zai)做儲能(neng)的規劃(hua)。這次(ci)(ci)說(shuo)(shuo)雙(shuang)碳下儲能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan),雙(shuang)碳下儲能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)到(dao)底與原來儲能(neng)整(zheng)個研判(pan)有什么(me)區(qu)別。

雙碳下這個邏輯發生了什么變化?儲能(neng)跟新能(neng)源綁(bang)定的關系(xi)更加密切,實際是儲能(neng)+新能源這(zhe)樣一個(ge)技術路線,與火電+碳普及等等這(zhe)樣技術(shu)路(lu)線之間整體性的(de)技術(shu)性的(de)對比。

如何(he)看(kan)待(dai)儲能發(fa)展(zhan)。首先要看(kan)國家如何(he)看(kan)待(dai)雙(shuang)碳(tan),如何(he)看(kan)來(lai)(lai)未(wei)來(lai)(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)力系統。國家提出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)綜合性的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)目標,而不僅僅是(shi)解決(jue)我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)碳(tan)減(jian)排問題,還要解決(jue)經濟(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan),解決(jue)我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能源基礎設施。因(yin)為在(zai)(zai)五中(zhong)全(quan)會里(li)邊寫了,這個是(shi)放在(zai)(zai)我(wo)們(men)現代經濟(ji)體系建設,我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基礎產(chan)業發(fa)展(zhan)中(zhong)。所(suo)以我(wo)們(men)儲能產(chan)業發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)也應(ying)該放到這樣一個高度。

主機

主機有大夾具(紅(hong)、黑(hei))兩個,紅(hong)(黑(hei))夾具的(de)(de)接線端均固定(ding)在面板的(de)(de)前方,空氣開關(guan)安(an)裝在面板的(de)(de)前方以方便(bian)開關(guan)的(de)(de)控制。

蓄電(dian)(dian)池活(huo)化儀(yi)(以下簡(jian)稱活(huo)化儀(yi)),是(shi)一(yi)款多功能(neng)型(xing)蓄電(dian)(dian)池維護維修檢測(ce)的(de)設(she)備,是(shi)對(dui)蓄電(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行日(ri)常維護不可缺(que)少(shao)的(de)好幫手。設(she)備體積小,方便移動操作。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)力、金(jin)融、通(tong)信、汽(qi)車、地(di)鐵、大型(xing)工(gong)廠等行業有著廣泛的(de)應用。

眾所周知(zhi),在各(ge)行各(ge)業里,對于(yu)電源保障要求較高的(de)系(xi)統,都配有后備電源、UPS等,而蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)就是其中核心部(bu)分(fen)。這些(xie)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)有很(hen)大(da)一部(bu)分(fen)是成組(zu)使用,任(ren)何單節(jie)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)老化落后(hou),都會(hui)嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響到(dao)整組(zu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)性能,并很(hen)快會(hui)使得整組(zu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)中其他單體變壞,進而引起整組(zu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)提(ti)前(qian)退(tui)出運行。就是作(zuo)為單體使用的(de)(de)汽(qi)車(che)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),大(da)部(bu)分(fen)僅(jin)僅(jin)因為不能正常啟動汽(qi)車(che)就全(quan)部(bu)被(bei)報廢。實(shi)(shi)際上,對(dui)于落后(hou)或者變壞的(de)(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行活化處理后(hou),大(da)部(bu)分(fen)都可(ke)以有效地(di)重(zhong)新激活電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),延長(chang)使用壽命,在蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)日常維護中有著很(hen)好的(de)(de)現實(shi)(shi)意義。

活化儀不僅有(you)對蓄(xu)電池(chi)進行的可編程充電/放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)循環激(ji)活作用外,還有以下(xia)幾種(zhong)獨立的使用方式(shi):電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)活化、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內阻測(ce)試、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)性能(neng)測(ce)試。所有充(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)都是可(ke)編(bian)程的,同時帶有電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)極性柱溫度監測(ce),過熱自動(dong)(dong)停止操作。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自動(dong)(dong)按(an)照三段式(shi)過程充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。這些(xie)功能(neng)完全滿足了日常對(dui)于蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)維護的主(zhu)要需求。

本設備可(ke)以在線(xian)或(huo)者(zhe)離(li)線(xian)使用,同(tong)時兼容2V6V(根據客戶要(yao)求定做(zuo))12V電(dian)池。

電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)

可編(bian)程對單體電池(chi)進行充電,編(bian)程內容(rong)包括:電池(chi)編(bian)號,電池(chi)類型選擇,充電電流,充電時間,限壓(ya);

充電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式:自(zi)動對蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)按照編程(cheng)值進行三段式充電(dian)(dian):恒流—恒壓—浮充;

當滿足充電(dian)時(shi)間或是(shi)充電(dian)完成都會(hui)停止充電(dian),顯(xian)示充電(dian)完畢。

恒流充電(dian)時,電(dian)流以0.1C進行充電,當電壓超過限壓時(shi)轉(zhuan)化為恒壓充電,當電流小于0.005C時(shi)轉化為(wei)浮充,曲線圖如下圖所示:

放(fang)電(dian)(dian)方(fang)式:恒(heng)流放(fang)電(dian)(dian),低于限壓(ya)或是(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)時間到時停止放(fang)電(dian)(dian),顯示放(fang)電(dian)(dian)完畢;

實時顯(xian)示放電動態過程信息(xi);

溫度檢測,超出設(she)定值自動啟動風扇進行散熱;

電池活化

可編(bian)程對單體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池進行活化,編(bian)程內容包括:電(dian)(dian)(dian)池編(bian)號,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池類型(xing)選(xuan)擇,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)限(xian)壓(上限(xian)),放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)限(xian)壓(下(xia)限(xian)),充放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)循環次數(shu),每個循環的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流;

活化方式:逐(zhu)個循(xun)環(huan)按照編程值執行,放(fang)電(dian)(dian)完畢以低于限壓或是放(fang)電(dian)(dian)設(she)定時間(jian)(jian)到自(zi)動停(ting)止,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)完畢以充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設(she)定時間(jian)(jian)到或是充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)完畢為準,;

實時顯示活化動態過程信(xin)息;

溫(wen)度監測,超出設定值自動(dong)(dong)啟動(dong)(dong)風扇進行(xing)散(san)熱;

內阻測試

可編(bian)程對單體電(dian)池(chi)進行內(nei)阻測試(shi),編(bian)程內(nei)容包括:電(dian)池(chi)編(bian)號(hao),電(dian)池(chi)類型選擇(ze),測試(shi)電(dian)流。

雙(shuang)碳(tan)下儲(chu)能發展基本邏輯是什么?是對技術(shu)預期、轉(zhuan)型(xing)倒逼、經(jing)濟承受(shou)力和潛在風險的一種綜合性抉(jue)擇。國(guo)家到底(di)給(gei)電力(li)行業(ye)一個(ge)怎么樣(yang)碳的額度(du),在(zai)這樣(yang)一個(ge)額度(du)下(xia),基(ji)于一系(xi)列過去(qu)我們(men)都知道的各(ge)種約束,判(pan)斷(duan)出未來發展的前(qian)景,利用(yong)GESP-V這(zhe)樣(yang)一個軟(ruan)件工具來(lai)測試各種(zhong)路(lu)徑。也就是(shi)從現在可能有不(bu)同(tong)的(de)路(lu)徑,不(bu)同(tong)的(de)技術選(xuan)擇(ze),當然也會(hui)形成不(bu)同(tong)對火電(dian)的(de)退役要求,不(bu)同(tong)的(de)成本(ben),不(bu)同(tong)經(jing)濟社會(hui)的(de)承受力(li)。

我們(men)未來技術方(fang)向(xiang)的(de)一種(zhong)(zhong)戰略性的(de)抉(jue)擇,總體上看有(you)(you)兩大類:第1類是我們(men)這(zhe)樣的(de)規劃模式,是一種(zhong)(zhong)基(ji)本上以能(neng)看得清的(de),比(bi)方(fang)風、光的(de)發展,還有(you)(you)泵(beng)與(yu)泵(beng)能(neng)夠(gou)得著(zhu)的(de),比(bi)方(fang)說儲能(neng),還有(you)(you)有(you)(you)一定不確定性的(de),比(bi)如(ru)氫能(neng)和CCUS,這(zhe)樣一(yi)(yi)類規(gui)劃(hua)。第2類,對技術(shu)預判相(xiang)對來說顛覆性一(yi)(yi)點(dian),或者(zhe)激進一(yi)(yi)點(dian),不僅僅是(shi)(shi)在發電側,比如(ru)核電的(de)一(yi)(yi)些技術(shu),也包括在用電側,各種(zhong)用能技術(shu),能夠全(quan)方(fang)位的(de)電氣化,或者(zhe)是(shi)(shi)全(quan)方(fang)位的(de)零碳(tan)化、低碳(tan)化。
