一、  述(WBZJ-IV三杯式絕(jue)緣油耐壓測試儀(yi)設計(ji)精巧,結構簡單(dan)

該型號(hao)全自(zi)動(dong)絕緣油介電強度測試儀是我公司全體(ti)科研技術(shu)人(ren)員,依據國家(jia)標(biao)準GB507-86及行標DL-474·4-92DL/T596-1996的(de)有關規定,發(fa)揮自(zi)身優勢,經過多(duo)次現場試驗和長期(qi)不懈努力,精(jing)心研制(zhi)開發(fa)的(de)高準確(que)度、全數(shu)字化工業儀器。該機(ji)操作(zuo)簡(jian)便,造型美觀大方。由(you)于采用了全自(zi)動數(shu)字化微(wei)機(ji)控(kong)制(zhi),所以測量(liang)精(jing)度高、抗(kang)干擾能力強、方便可(ke)靠。

六、操(cao)作步驟圖解(jie)


1. 插接電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)線,打(da)開電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)開關(guan),液晶(jing)屏顯示開機頁面(圖(tu)1

2. 在圖1頁(ye)面下(xia),按 設置(zhi) 鍵進入下(xia)1級頁(ye)面(圖(tu)2);

3. 在圖2頁面(mian)下,按(an) 選擇 鍵移動光(guang)標√ 至 GB1986處,按 確認 鍵即可進(jin)入(ru)國標1986設(she)置子頁面(圖3)。

在(zai)圖3頁面下(xia),按選擇(ze)鍵移動光標至(zhi)停升電(dian)壓,按 + 或 鍵設(she)置(zhi)停升(sheng)電壓(ya) ,其默認值(zhi)是(shi)80 kV,可選范圍10 kV80 kV(增(zeng)量Δ=10 kV)。選擇(ze)(ze)好(hao)停升電壓后,按選擇(ze)(ze)鍵移動(dong)光(guang)標至杯位選擇(ze)(ze),按確認鍵進入杯位選擇(ze)(ze)子頁面(mian)(圖4)。

在圖4頁(ye)面(mian)下,按(an)(an)選(xuan)擇(ze)鍵(jian)移動光標至不(bu)同杯(bei)位,按(an)(an)×或√鍵(jian)定義(yi)工作杯(bei)號,默認(ren)值是全選(xuan)(即各杯(bei)位均為√)。然后按(an)(an)確認(ren)鍵(jian),確認(ren)所選(xuan)停升電壓(ya)和杯(bei)號后返回開機頁(ye)面(mian),按(an)(an) 開始 鍵(jian)進(jin)行測試。

如果沒有(you)可(ke)靠接(jie)地(di),儀器會顯示 請接(jie)地(di)!并發出(chu)報警聲,這時應該(gai)關掉電源(yuan),接(jie)好地(di)線后(hou)再重新進行(xing)操作。如果沒有(you)或者沒有(you)條件安(an)裝地(di)線,可(ke)按任(ren)意鍵跳過,不會影響測試結(jie)果。

4. 在圖(tu)2頁(ye)面(mian)下,按(an) 選擇(ze) 鍵移動(dong)光標√ 至GB2002處(chu),按 確認 鍵即可(ke)進(jin)入國標(biao)2002設置(zhi)子(zi)頁面。在該頁面下的操作與(yu)GB1986子頁面基本(ben)相同,可參考六、操作步(bu)驟圖解3.的(de)相(xiang)關內(nei)容。

5. 在圖2頁面(mian)下,按(an) 選擇(ze) 鍵(jian)移(yi)動光標√ 至時間(jian)設置(zhi)處,按(an) 確認(ren) 鍵(jian)即可進入時間(jian)設置(zhi)子(zi)頁面(mian)(圖5)。

按 選(xuan)擇(ze) 鍵移動光標(biao)—至(zhi)年(nian)、月、日、時(shi)、分處(chu),按 + 或 鍵選(xuan)擇具體數值(zhi)后,按確(que)認鍵確(que)認,并返回開機(ji)頁面(mian);

6. 在(zai)圖2頁面下,按(an) 選(xuan)擇(ze) 鍵(jian)移動光標(biao)√ 至自(zi)定(ding)(ding)義設(she)置(zhi) 處(chu),按(an) 確認 鍵(jian)即可進入(ru) 自(zi)定(ding)(ding)義設(she)置(zhi) 子(zi)頁面(圖6);

在圖(tu)6頁面下(xia),按(an) 選擇 鍵移動光標到(dao)相應的(de)選項,再按(an) + 或 鍵可進行相關參數的設置。其中:

靜置時間   默認值15 min,范圍115 min(增(zeng)量Δ= 1 min);

間隔時(shi)間   默認值5 min,范圍110 min(增量Δ= 1 min);

攪拌時(shi)間   默認值10 s, 范圍(wei)590 s(增量Δ= 5 s);

停升電壓   默認值60 kV,范圍1080 kV(增量Δ= 10 kV)。當儀(yi)器升(sheng)壓到(dao) 停升(sheng)電壓 以后將停止(zhi)升(sheng)壓,并進入到(dao)保持狀態。若持續50 s無(wu)擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan),儀器將默(mo)認當前停升電(dian)壓為絕緣油擊(ji)穿(chuan)(chuan)電(dian)壓;

打壓次數(shu)   默認(ren)值為6次,可選范圍(wei)16次(增量(liang)Δ=1次);設置好后按 確認 鍵返回開始頁面(mian),按 開始 鍵進行測試;

杯位選(xuan)擇  按此鍵(jian)進入杯位選(xuan)擇子頁(ye)面,具體操(cao)作見六(liu)、操(cao)作步驟圖解3.的相(xiang)關內(nei)容(rong)。

7. 對于該機(ji)型(xing),每杯*多6次的平行測定擊穿電壓值等參數將自(zi)動存儲(chu)。測量完畢后屏幕(mu)將顯示測試(shi)完畢給予(yu)提醒,按 確(que)認 鍵返回(hui)到開機(ji)頁面(圖1)。按 打印 或 顯(xian)示 鍵,進入(ru)油(you)樣(yang)單次測(ce)量擊穿(chuan)電壓(ya)值(zhi)、算數平均值(zhi)及測(ce)量日期和時間的顯(xian)示子頁面(圖79)。

注(zhu)意(yi):在顯示(shi)(shi)子(zi)頁面(mian),按(an)(an)選擇鍵可以順序顯示(shi)(shi)六個(ge)界(jie)面(mian)。其中前(qian)三(san)個(ge)界(jie)面(mian)沒(mei)有(you)測量時(shi)間的數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)顯示(shi)(shi),為臨(lin)時(shi)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)組(zu),關機(ji)后(hou)將丟失(shi)。而后(hou)三(san)個(ge)界(jie)面(mian)有(you)測量時(shi)間數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)顯示(shi)(shi),為存儲數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)組(zu),關機(ji)后(hou)不會丟失(shi)。如果(guo)樣品(pin)油杯測定超過三(san)個(ge),則系統將按(an)(an)時(shi)間分組(zu),記錄顯示(shi)(shi)*近的三(san)組(zu)數(shu)據(ju)(ju)(ju)。

在顯(xian)示子頁面(mian)(mian),按打印鍵打印所選頁面(mian)(mian)的存儲數(shu)據(ju),按確認鍵返回主頁面(mian)(mian) 。

七、注意事項

1. 使用本儀(yi)器前,一定要詳細(xi)閱讀本操作手冊(ce);

2. 儀器操作者應通曉電氣設備或分(fen)析(xi)儀器的一般(ban)使用常識(shi);

3. 本儀器在(zai)戶內外(wai)均可使用(yong),但(dan)應(ying)避(bi)開雨淋、腐蝕性氣(qi)體(ti)、高濃度塵埃、高溫或(huo)陽(yang)光直(zhi)射等場所;

4. 油(you)杯(bei)(bei)應該保持潔凈。在停(ting)用(yong)期間(jian),應加入足(zu)夠量干燥合格(ge)的絕緣油(you)浸泡,保持油(you)杯(bei)(bei)不受(shou)潮及電極氧化;

5. 電(dian)極(ji)連續使用一個月后(hou),應例(li)行(xing)檢(jian)查和(he)維(wei)護。檢(jian)驗并調(diao)整(zheng)電(dian)極(ji)間隙,使其恢(hui)復(fu)標準值;放大鏡觀(guan)察電(dian)極(ji)表面是否出現(xian)(xian)暗斑(ban),若有此現(xian)(xian)象(xiang),應用綢(chou)布擦拭電(dian)極(ji)表面,使其恢(hui)復(fu)原狀(zhuang);

6. 儀器的維修和調(diao)試須由專業人員完成;

7. 接通電源前,應仔細檢查連接線是否牢固,儀器外(wai)殼(ke)必須可靠接地!

8. 接(jie)通電源后,操作(zuo)人員(yuan)嚴禁(jin)觸及油杯(bei)箱蓋外殼,以免發生電擊危險!

9. 儀器(qi)在使用過程(cheng)中,如(ru)發現(xian)異常應立即(ji)切斷(duan)電源!

八、簡易故障排除

1. 開機無反應(ying)        檢查電源線是否插接良(liang)好(hao),檢查保險(xian)管是否完好(hao)無損;

2. 不升壓            檢查油杯(bei)箱蓋(gai)是否蓋(gai)好;

3. 升壓正常但不擊穿  檢(jian)查設(she)置是否限制(zhi)了停(ting)升(sheng)電壓(ya);

4. 擊穿(chuan)后無顯示      檢查油杯內是否有污物;

5. 打印不出紙        檢查打印機是否有紙;

6. 更(geng)換打印紙        打印(yin)機在出廠時已安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)了打印(yin)紙(zhi)。若打印(yin)紙(zhi)使用完畢,需要自行安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)新的打印(yin)紙(zhi)。其(qi)操(cao)作過程如下:

1)按下打印機前蓋板上(shang)的(de)圓形按鈕;

2)將打印(yin)紙(zhi)(zhi)裝(zhuang)入打印(yin)機(ji),并拉(la)出一(yi)段(duan)(超出撕紙(zhi)(zhi)牙(ya)齒),注(zhu)意將紙(zhi)(zhi)放(fang)整齊,同時注(zhu)意紙(zhi)(zhi)的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)(紙(zhi)(zhi)拉(la)出后紙(zhi)(zhi)卷外側面對著打印(yin)頭);

3)合上紙(zhi)艙蓋,打(da)(da)印(yin)頭(tou)走紙(zhi)軸壓(ya)齊(qi)打(da)(da)印(yin)紙(zhi)后稍用力把打(da)(da)印(yin)頭(tou)走紙(zhi)軸壓(ya)回(hui)打(da)(da)印(yin)頭(tou)。

整合發電(dian)、輸電(dian)、變電(dian)、配電(dian)、用(yong)電(dian)環節(jie),構建供需新生態,保障(zhang)新型電(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)的電(dian)能量高(gao)水平傳輸。《規劃(hua)綱要》已明確構建現代(dai)能源體(ti)系(xi)的重大舉(ju)措,要建設一批多能互補(bu)的清潔能源基地提高(gao)特高(gao)壓輸電通道利用率加強源網荷儲銜(xian)接,提升清潔(jie)能源消納(na)和(he)存儲能力。南方電網(wang)公司20219月印(yin)發(fa)《關(guan)于推動綠(lv)色低碳發(fa)展(zhan)轉型的意見》,明確了(le)加(jia)快構建新型電力系(xi)統的兩個目(mu)標:到2025年,南方五省(sheng)區新能源新增裝機(ji)1億千瓦左右,非化石能源裝機占比提(ti)升至60%;到2035年(nian),在2025年基礎上再新(xin)增裝機(ji)1.5億千瓦以(yi)上,非化石(shi)能源裝機占比提升至70%。一方面,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)端(duan)清潔電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)將迎來(lai)高速建設期,電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)外送(song)、清潔能(neng)源(yuan)消納等難題也(ye)將隨之而(er)至;另一方面,受電(dian)(dian)(dian)端(duan)有源(yuan)化與協(xie)(xie)同化使得輸(shu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)由原來(lai)的(de)(de)單向(xiang)受電(dian)(dian)(dian)配(pei)網(wang)轉為可一定程(cheng)度(du)自(zi)我(wo)平衡的(de)(de)局域電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),輸(shu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)由原來(lai)的(de)(de)主(zhu)從(cong)關系變為互相支持(chi)、雙向(xiang)互動和協(xie)(xie)作共(gong)生的(de)(de)關系,這使得電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)可靠(kao)調(diao)(diao)控(kong)難度(du)大幅提(ti)升(sheng)。基于此(ci),需深度(du)融合(he)數字化技(ji)術與電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)技(ji)術,優化與整(zheng)合(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)發(fa)、輸(shu)、變、配(pei)、用(yong)全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng),實現電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)量傳(chuan)輸(shu)全(quan)(quan)過程(cheng)在線監測、一體(ti)化管控(kong)、可視化展示及智能(neng)化分析(xi)決策,提(ti)升(sheng)新型(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系統對大規(gui)模新能(neng)源(yuan)并網(wang)的(de)(de)支撐能(neng)力(li)及可靠(kao)調(diao)(diao)控(kong)能(neng)力(li),保障發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)側(ce)全方位可觀、精準可測、高度可控,形成電(dian)網側(ce)云(yun)邊融合的(de)調(diao)控體系(xi),支撐用電(dian)側(ce)有效聚合海量可調(diao)節資源實時動態響應,通過供需(xu)生態合力,高水平保障新型電(dian)力系(xi)統的(de)電(dian)能(neng)量傳(chuan)輸。
