不能(neng)(neng)將脈沖線(xian)的(de)夾子夾到電(dian)能(neng)(neng)表的(de)電(dian)壓端子,否則(ze)會損(sun)壞儀器;

不能(neng)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)壓端子線插到電(dian)(dian)流端子口(kou)上(shang),否則會損壞儀器;

不(bu)能將電(dian)流端(duan)子線插到電(dian)壓端(duan)子口上,否則會損(sun)壞(huai)儀器;

正(zheng)確選擇(ze)電(dian)流量程,電(dian)流量程一般不要超(chao)過額定值的(de) 220%

每只鉗表分正(zheng)負端:“+”端表(biao)示電流(liu)進、“-”端表(biao)示電流(liu)出(chu);

不同(tong)相儀器的(de)鉗(qian)表不要互換(huan)使(shi)用,否則會影響(xiang)測量精度;

由于內置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),能從電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)端子上供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),校驗臺(tai)上使用本儀器,請選擇儀器的電(dian)(dian)(dian)池或外接電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),以免影響校驗臺(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出;

該儀器屬于精密儀器,請小心輕放(fang);

鉗(qian)表(biao)的嵌口應保持清潔(jie),因為油(you)污和(he)灰(hui)垢(gou)會影響(xiang)測(ce)量(liang)精度;

嚴禁使用腐(fu)蝕性有機溶液(ye)擦拭儀器;

2.4  儀器操作流程

儀器使用中嚴(yan)格按照操作流程進(jin)行

開啟儀(yi)器(qi)電源(yuan)→接儀(yi)器(qi)端測試線(xian)→接電能表端測試線(xian)及鉗(qian)表→設置校驗(yan)參數→校驗(yan)→拆除電能表端測試線(xian)→關(guan)閉儀(yi)器(qi)→拆除儀(yi)器(qi)端測試線(xian)。

注:鉗表“+”為電流流進方(fang)向“-”為電流流出方(fang)向。

2.5  接線

校驗單相電能表接線(xian)方法:

現(xian)場帶負荷(he)

儀器測(ce)電能(neng)表“火”線接(jie)到儀器+端口, “零(ling)”線接到儀器-端(duan)口;鉗表線接到儀器“鉗表1”或(huo)“鉗表2” 端口(kou);脈沖輸入裝置接到儀器“脈沖”端口(kou)。

1、 當儀(yi)器(qi)從火線(xian)的(de)進線(xian)口取(qu)電壓時,鉗(qian)表應接到(dao)火線(xian)出線(xian)上,否則會影響校驗誤差(cha)準(zhun)確(que)度;

2、 當儀器從火線(xian)(xian)的出線(xian)(xian)口取電壓時,鉗表應接到火線(xian)(xian)進線(xian)(xian)上,否則會影響校驗誤差準確度。

N指來(lai)(lai)多少次(ci)(ci)(ci)脈沖(chong)儀器計算(suan)一次(ci)(ci)(ci)誤差。具體到(dao)機械(xie)式(shi)電能表(biao),就是來(lai)(lai)多少次(ci)(ci)(ci)黑標計算(suan)一次(ci)(ci)(ci)誤差(值得注(zhu)意的是在(zai)手(shou)動方式下,來多少次黑標按一下手(shou)動開關(guan));

光電(手動(dong))脈沖采樣方式;(注:光電頭和脈沖線(xian)都是用光電采樣模式)

輸 入:指的(de)是電流采樣(yang)方式(需輸(shu)入(ru)(ru)變(bian)比(bi)數(shu)值,如果是直(zhi)通表(biao)變(bian)比(bi)值為1:1,其他情(qing)況依據現場TA變(bian)比(bi)輸(shu)入(ru)(ru));

變比:互感器銘牌所(suo)標稱(cheng)的值。

誤差(cha):電(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)現場校驗產生的(de)(de)誤差(cha)(cha)參(can)數(shu)。儀(yi)器根據輸入(ru)的(de)(de)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)產生和采集到(dao)的(de)(de)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)參(can)數(shu)經過高(gao)精準計(ji)算(suan)處理的(de)(de)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)表(biao)的(de)(de)計(ji)量(liang)計(ji)算(suan)的(de)(de)電(dian)量(liang)值和實際電(dian)量(liang)比值誤差(cha)(cha)值)顯示(shi)電(dian)表(biao)三個(ge)連續(xu)誤差(cha)(cha)。

電流輸(shu)出及功率因數:在無負荷情(qing)況下校表,儀器可輸出模擬(ni)負載(zai);模擬(ni)負載(zai)數值可進(jin)行設(she)置(zhi)選擇(ze)。

電(dian)工參數區:

顯示全部電工(gong)參數(shu),有如下幾種:

電池狀態(tai)標識:電(dian)池狀態標(biao)識(shi)為綠色(se)時電(dian)池已充(chong)滿(man)電(dian),為紅(hong)色(se)時表(biao)(biao)示電(dian)池電(dian)量不足,為白色(se)時表(biao)(biao)示正在使用電(dian)池。

輸入法標識:輸入法標識為“12 ”表示數字輸入,為“AB”表示(shi)拼音大寫字符輸入,為“ab”表示(shi)拼音小寫字符輸入(ru),為“漢(han)”表示(shi)漢(han)字輸入(ru)。

自動(dong)選擇供電(dian)模式(shi)時,儀器(qi)屏幕右下角電(dian)池狀態標識為黃(huang)色(se)電(dian)池圖標。

端子(zi)供電

手動選擇(ze)供(gong)電模(mo)式:

儀器在手動選(xuan)擇供(gong)電模(mo)式下,儀器儀器屏幕右下角供(gong)電模(mo)式標識(shi)為紅色向上的小插頭(tou)圖標(如圖:)按(an)【F4】即(ji)可切(qie)換為電(dian)池供電(dian)。

自(zi)動選擇供電模式:

儀器(qi)在(zai)自動(dong)選擇供電模式下,在(zai)沒有適配器(qi)供電的情況下,儀器(qi)自動(dong)選擇在(zai)線端子供電,供電模式標識顯示(shi)為向上(shang)黃色小插頭圖(tu)標,如(ru)上(shang)圖(tu)所(suo)示(shi)。

適(shi)配器供電(dian)

手動選擇(ze)供電模(mo)式:

儀(yi)器在手動(dong)選擇(ze)供電模式下,接上適配器時適配器就會給電池充電。

自動(dong)選(xuan)擇供電模式:

儀器(qi)在自(zi)(zi)動選擇供電模式(shi)下,插上適配器(qi)這時(shi)儀器(qi)就會自(zi)(zi)動選擇從適配器(qi)供電工作(zuo)。

2.10 充電

給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)充(chong)電(dian)有(you)三種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi)分別為電(dian)壓端(duan)子充(chong)電(dian)線(xian)給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian),校(xiao)驗現場電(dian)壓給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)還有(you)一種(zhong)是通(tong)過適配(pei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)給(gei)儀(yi)(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian);

儀器電(dian)池充電(dian),大約需8小時能給電池(chi)充滿電;滿電池(chi)狀態(tai)大約能維持儀(yi)器(qi)4小時無間斷工作。

端子充(chong)電線

1、電(dian)壓(ya)端(duan)子(zi)充電(dian)線的紅色端(duan)接到U端口,黑線接到(dao)儀器U端口;

2、在開啟儀器(qi)按【系統】鍵(jian),再按【4】進(jin)入充電(dian)管理界面;

3、端子(zi)充電(dian)(dian)線接(jie)上(shang)電(dian)(dian)源,儀器(qi)充電(dian)(dian)管理界(jie)面就會顯示電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓、充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)數值。

校驗現場(chang)充電

1、在現(xian)場校驗界面按【F4】鍵,界面(mian)會提(ti)示“由電池供電模(mo)式(shi)換……

2、當屏幕儀器(qi)儀器(qi)屏右(you)下角供(gong)電(dian)模(mo)式標識為紅色小插頭圖標時,儀器(qi)使用校驗現場電(dian)源供(gong)電(dian)模(mo)式并為儀器(qi)電(dian)池充電(dian)。

注:在室內校驗臺上使用儀器時,請選擇供電方式為電池或適配器供電,通過電壓端子供電會影響校驗臺的電壓輸出精度或諧波。

2.11  液晶屏對(dui)比(bi)度的調(diao)整

由于液晶屏(ping)本身的技(ji)術特性,其對比(bi)度(du)會隨環境溫(wen)度(du)改變而變化。為適應不同(tong)的工(gong)作環境溫(wen)度(du),儀器(qi)設(she)置了液晶屏(ping)對比(bi)度(du)調節功(gong)能;可以調整屏(ping)幕對比(bi)度(du)選(xuan)擇*適合工(gong)作環境的*佳顯(xian)示(shi)效果,按(an)【↑】屏(ping)幕亮(liang)度(du)增(zeng)大,【↓】屏(ping)幕亮(liang)度(du)降(jiang)低。在使(shi)用電池供電時,降(jiang)低顯(xian)示(shi)亮(liang)度(du)會延長電池供電時間。

2.12  字符輸入、刪除

輸入字(zi)符

進入(ru)設(she)置狀態,把光(guang)標移到所需輸入(ru)字符處,按“切換”鍵(jian)切換輸入(ru)模(mo)式,再按“切換”儀器屏幕右下角出現圖標(biao)為漢字輸(shu)入模(mo)式,出現圖標(biao)為小寫字母輸入(ru)模式,出(chu)現圖(tu)標(biao)為大寫(xie)字母輸入模式,出現圖標(biao)為(wei)阿拉(la)伯數字(zi)輸入模(mo)式。在系統管理輸入速度(du)項中(zhong)有字(zi)符輸入速度(du)設(she)置功能(詳見系統管理中(zhong)輸入速度(du)設(she)置說明)。

例:在(zai)用戶信息(xi)用戶名(ming)輸入(ru)“飛達”

把光(guang)標移(yi)到(dao)用戶(hu)信息項(xiang)的用戶(hu)名設置項(xiang)上,按【切(qie)換】鍵,看到(dao)儀器屏幕右下角出(chu)現(xian)小圖標即(ji)是漢字輸(shu)入模式,漢字輸(shu)入是使用手(shou)機常(chang)用的T9漢字輸(shu)入法。

使用鍵(jian)盤(pan)輸入“fei” 器(qi)屏幕右下角出現

通過“←、→”鍵移動光標到“飛”字上(shang)按【確認】鍵

輸入“da”

通過“←、→”鍵移動光(guang)標到“達”字上按【確(que)認】鍵

注:當前頁找(zhao)不到自己需要(yao)的漢字可以通過按“↑、↓”進(jin)行翻頁進(jin)行查找(zhao)。儀器(qi)中的漢字庫可(ke)進(jin)行升級(詳見系統管理U盤管(guan)理說(shuo)明)

字(zi)符刪(shan)除(chu)

刪(shan)除所(suo)輸入的字符,把光標移到(dao)所(suo)需要刪(shan)除字符處(chu),按【F4】鍵進行刪除。

例(li)如:把保(bao)存校驗(yan)(yan)數據中用戶信息中的校驗(yan)(yan)員“飛(fei)達”兩個(ge)漢字刪除(chu)

通過【←↑→↓】把光標移到“飛達”后,按【F4】鍵刪(shan)除。在這種(zhong)狀態下(xia)按一下(xia)【F4】 鍵即刪(shan)除一(yi)個(ge)文字(zi)。
