二、WBYD-200KVA/300KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)采用(yong)單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)(jie)構(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這(zhe)種同(tong)軸(zhou)布置減少(shao)了(le)漏(lou)磁通,因而(er)增(zeng)大(da)了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產品(pin)的外殼(ke)為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應(ying)根據試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的(de)額(e)定容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇。如高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya));高壓(ya)側額(e)定輸出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以(yi)上時,可(ke)取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗(cu)細應(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱(re)容(rong)量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸(zheng)餾(liu)水加入適量(liang)硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的(de)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu):當電(dian)壓(ya)超(chao)過球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定值(zhi)時(shi)(一般(ban)取(qu)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試品(pin)起到保護(hu)作用。球間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電(dian)阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)壓(ya))選取(qu)。

在(zai)(zai)工頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)中,低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非(fei)常準確的,其原因是由于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)(zai)著漏抗,在(zai)(zai)這個漏抗上必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使(shi)試品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)(biao)上反映(ying)出來的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,被試品(pin)上的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也(ye)就是所謂容(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時,試驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏抗必然存在(zai)(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確測量被試品(pin)上所施加的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)(zai)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)操(cao)作(zuo)注意事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應做好(hao)分(fen)工(gong),明確相互間(jian)聯系方法(fa)。并有(you)專門人監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品和試(shi)(shi)驗帶來的誤差。

3)對于(yu)大型試驗(yan),一般都應先(xian)進行空升試驗(yan)。即不(bu)接(jie)試品時升壓至試驗(yan)電(dian)壓,校對各種表計,調(diao)整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不(bu)能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如(ru)調(diao)壓(ya)器不(bu)在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)然合閘。也不(bu)能突(tu)然切斷(duan)電源,一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當(dang)電(dian)壓(ya)升至試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)時,開始計時,到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓(ya)到1/3試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)以(yi)下時,才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如(ru)發現下列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況時,應(ying)立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因(yin):①電壓表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被(bei)試(shi)品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前(qian)后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

試(shi)驗變壓器(qi)在做被(bei)試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗時(shi)接線原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此(ci)試驗(yan)應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端短路(lu)電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)中,限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容(rong)C1一般選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當被試品的電(dian)容(rong)量很大時(shi),C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗前(qian)應(ying)先(xian)檢查被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品是否停電,接地放電,一切對外(wai)連線(xian)是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗電壓加到有人工作的(de)部位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置(zhi)的(de)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)后,應復查無(wu)誤后才可加壓。應特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設(she)備(bei)及引線(xian)與地(di)、與操作人員(yuan)的(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠接(jie)(jie)地(di),要按**規程中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設(she)備應緩(huan)慢升壓(ya),防(fang)止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安表。必要時應分級(ji)加(jia)壓(ya),分別讀(du)取(qu)各級(ji)電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表的穩定(ding)讀(du)數。

4)試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,應密切(qie)監(jian)視(shi)被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝置、微安(an)表,一旦發(fa)生(sheng)擊(ji)穿、閃爍(shuo)等異常現象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷電源(yuan),并查(cha)明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完畢,降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本(ben)身充分放電。

四、WBYD-200KVA/300KV高壓成套試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按照您所進行的(de)試(shi)(shi)驗接(jie)好工作線路。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)的(de)外殼以及操作系統的(de)外殼必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器(qi)高壓繞組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端必須可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di)。

2、做串級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi),**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的X端,測量繞組的F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均(jun)接(jie)本級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的外殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的外殼必須通過(guo)絕緣支架接(jie)地。

3、接(jie)(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操(cao)作系統的調(diao)(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)必(bi)須調(diao)(diao)到零位(wei)后方(fang)可(ke)接(jie)(jie)通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均(jun)勻旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有:快速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa);極慢(man)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和(he)速度上升(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在(zai)以每(mei)秒2%額定(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速度升(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注(zhu)意(yi)測量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指示以及被(bei)試品的(de)(de)(de)情況。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或(huo)試驗過程(cheng)中如發(fa)現測量(liang)儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指示及被(bei)試品情況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情況。

5、試驗(yan)完畢后,應在數秒內勻速(su)的將(jiang)調壓器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本(ben)產(chan)品不(bu)得(de)超(chao)過額(e)定參數使(shi)用。除試驗(yan)必須外,決(jue)不(bu)允許全電壓通電或(huo)斷(duan)電。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現(xian)以(yi)下不正常情況(kuang)時,應立即(ji)降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan),停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表指針(zhen)擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被(bei)試品(pin)內有不正常(chang)的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力閥(fa)(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)力表(biao),為(wei)長期關閉狀(zhuang)態(tai)。每6個月開閥(fa)(fa)一次,以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉閥(fa)(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時(shi)應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試(shi)設(she)備的絕緣電阻(zu),檢(jian)查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器長(chang)期(qi)不使用時,應放置于通風(feng)、干(gan)燥、無(wu)陽光直射(she)的地方。

11、該產品不允許在高于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放(fang)、使用、放(fang)氣。

12、運輸(shu)搬運途(tu)中(zhong)不得(de)重力沖擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅自(zi)松動。

14、使用(yong)本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗時,出熟(shu)悉本(ben)說(shuo)明書(shu)外,還(huan)必須(xu)嚴格執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作規(gui)程(cheng)。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕緣配合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗技術》;《電(dian)氣設(she)備預防(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)程(cheng)》等(deng)。

五、WBYD-200KVA/300KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)容量Pn的(de)確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標(biao)稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器的額定輸出高壓的有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系(xi)數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓較低時,k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試(shi)品(pin)的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備的電(dian)容(rong)量Ct可由交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)橋測出。Ct的變化很大(da),

可由設備的類型而定。
