二、WBYD-200KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列(lie)高壓(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)采用(yong)單框芯式鐵芯結(jie)(jie)構,初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少(shao)了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大了繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱灌式容器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構,能(neng)耐(nai)受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)力。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器為(wei)單(dan)相變(bian)壓(ya)器,聯結組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ.&nbsp;用(yong)(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為(wei)380V)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)本公(gong)司生(sheng)產的試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器配套(tao)專用(yong)(yong)設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用(yong)(yong)說明書)系列操(cao)作箱(xiang)(臺),經操(cao)作箱(xiang)內(nei)自偶調壓(ya)器(50kVA以上調壓(ya)器外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或(huo)0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的初級繞組,根據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞組可(ke)獲得試(shi)驗(yan)所需(xu)的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)中限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻R1應(ying)(ying)根據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的(de)額定容(rong)(rong)量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓側額定輸出電流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓);高壓側額定輸出電流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電壓)。常用(yong)水電阻作為(wei)限(xian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻,管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗(cu)細(xi)應(ying)(ying)具有足夠的(de)熱容(rong)(rong)量(水阻液配制(zhi)方法:用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸銅配制(zhi)成各種(zhong)不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)間隙及(ji)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu):當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)超過球(qiu)間隙整定(ding)值時(一般取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品(pin)起到保護(hu)作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間隙保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))選取。

在(zai)工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中,低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準(zhun)確(que)(que)的,其原(yuan)因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)存在(zai)著漏(lou)抗(kang),在(zai)這(zhe)個漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容(rong)升(sheng),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于(yu)(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時,試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的漏(lou)抗(kang)必然存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確(que)(que)測量(liang)(liang)被試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)上(shang)所施(shi)加的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此(ci)常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce)(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)來測量(liang)(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作注意事項

1)試驗人(ren)員應做好分(fen)工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人(ren)監護現場**及(ji)觀察(cha)試品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被(bei)試品(pin)應先(xian)清掃干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被(bei)試品(pin)和試驗(yan)帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般(ban)都應先(xian)進(jin)行(xing)空(kong)升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗電壓,校對各種(zhong)表(biao)計,調整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必須防止突(tu)(tu)然加(jia)壓(ya)。例(li)如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)不在零(ling)位時(shi)突(tu)(tu)然合閘。也不能突(tu)(tu)然切斷電源(yuan),一般應在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)降至零(ling)位時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下(xia)時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在升壓或(huo)耐壓試驗過程中,如發現下列不(bu)(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電(dian)壓表指針擺動(dong)很大;②發現絕緣燒(shao)焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙;③被試品內(nei)有(you)不(bu)(bu)正常(chang)的(de)聲音(yin)。

7)耐壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗(yan)變壓器在做被試品的(de)直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗(yan)時接線原理(li)圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中(zhong)所示。

泄露試驗中限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額(e)定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸出(chu)端(duan)短路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)不(bu)超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻按(an)R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限(xian)(xian)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻還(huan)應具有(you)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿面(mian)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)距離(li)。

高(gao)壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量很大(da)時(shi),C1可省略不用(yong)。

泄露試驗的(de)操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試驗前應(ying)先檢查被試品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一(yi)切對外連(lian)線是否擦干(gan)凈(jing)。要嚴防(fang)將(jiang)試驗電(dian)壓加(jia)到有人工作的(de)部位(wei)上去。

2)接(jie)好試驗裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)接(jie)線后,應(ying)復查(cha)無(wu)誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意(yi)檢查(cha)高壓設備及引(yin)線與(yu)地(di)、與(yu)操作人員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)**距(ju)離,被(bei)試品的(de)(de)(de)外殼是(shi)否可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),要按(an)**規程中(zhong)所規定的(de)(de)(de)內容(rong)進行試驗。

3)對于(yu)大電(dian)(dian)容量設(she)備應緩慢(man)升壓(ya),防止被試品的充電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微(wei)安(an)表。必要(yao)時應分級(ji)加壓(ya),分別讀(du)(du)取各級(ji)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安(an)表的穩定讀(du)(du)數(shu)。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監(jian)視被(bei)試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象(xiang)應立(li)即降壓,切斷電源,并查明原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)后應將被(bei)試品(pin)及試驗裝置本身充(chong)分放(fang)電。

四、WBYD-200KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進(jin)行的試驗接好工(gong)作線(xian)路。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼以及操作系統的外殼必須可靠接地。試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(高(gao)壓(ya)尾)以及測量繞組(zu)的F端必須可靠接地。

2、做串(chuan)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時(shi),**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)F端以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組(zu)的(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼。**級、第三(san)級試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼必須通(tong)過絕緣支架(jia)接地。

3、接(jie)通電源前,操(cao)作系統的(de)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)必須調(diao)到零位(wei)后(hou)方可(ke)接(jie)通電源,合閘(zha),開始升壓(ya)(ya)。

4、從零開始(shi)均(jun)勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方法(fa)有(you):快(kuai)速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用。電壓(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按(an)一定的(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度(du)上升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后,在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額定試(shi)驗(yan)電壓(ya)(ya)的(de)速(su)度(du)升(sheng)到您(nin)所(suo)(suo)需(xu)的(de)額定電壓(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及被試(shi)品的(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)指(zhi)示及被試(shi)品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)異(yi)常,應(ying)立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷(duan)電源,查(cha)明(ming)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在(zai)數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速的將調壓(ya)器返回至零位(wei),然后切斷(duan)電源。

6、本(ben)產品不得超過額定參數使用(yong)。除試驗必須外,決不允許(xu)全電壓通電或(huo)斷電。

7、再升(sheng)壓或耐壓試(shi)驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下(xia)不(bu)正常(chang)情況時(shi),應立(li)即降壓,切(qie)斷電源,停止試(shi)驗并查明(ming)原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指針(zhen)擺(bai)動(或數(shu)字跳(tiao)動)很大(da)

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內(nei)有(you)不正(zheng)常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一次,以(yi)檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣(qi)體(ti),以(yi)增加(jia)氣(qi)絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實驗前后應測量被試設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻,檢查絕(jue)緣(yuan)情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)長期(qi)不使用(yong)時,應放置于通風、干(gan)燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在高于(yu)45℃的溫度下長期存(cun)放、使用、放氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品緊固件(jian)及壓力閥、壓力表不(bu)得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使(shi)用(yong)本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外(wai),還必須嚴格執行國家有(you)關標(biao)準(zhun)和操作規程。可(ke)參(can)照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕(jue)緣配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試驗技術(shu)》;《電氣設(she)備預防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBYD-200KVA/300KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱(cheng)試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱試驗變壓(ya)器容(rong)量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)額(e)定輸出高壓的(de)有(you)效值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱(cheng)電壓較低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的(de)頻(pin)率

被(bei)試(shi)設備的(de)電容量Ct可由交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可(ke)由設備的(de)類(lei)型而定。
