二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)采用單框芯式(shi)鐵芯結(jie)構(gou),初(chu)級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上(shang),高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在(zai)外,這(zhe)種(zhong)同軸(zhou)布置減少了漏(lou)磁通,因(yin)而增大了繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)的耦合。產品的外殼為圓柱(zhu)灌式(shi)容器(qi)結(jie)構(gou),能耐受0.8MPa以上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力。其結(jie)構(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為(wei)(wei)單相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上為(wei)(wei)380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接入 (為(wei)(wei)本公(gong)司生(sheng)產(chan)的試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細資料請見其具體使用說明書)系(xi)列操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)(臺),經操作(zuo)(zuo)箱(xiang)內自(zi)偶調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附(fu))調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出至YDQ試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試驗(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可(ke)獲得(de)試驗(yan)所需的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單臺(tai)YDQ系列交(jiao)(jiao)直流高(gao)壓試驗變壓器的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)原理圖(tu)見圖(tu)3,圖(tu)中高(gao)壓套管中裝有高(gao)壓硅堆(dui),串接在高(gao)壓回路(lu)中作(zuo)半波整流,以獲(huo)得直流高(gao)電(dian)壓。當用一短路(lu)桿將(jiang)高(gao)壓硅堆(dui)短接時,可獲(huo)得工(gong)(gong)頻高(gao)電(dian)壓,作(zuo)為交(jiao)(jiao)流輸出(chu)狀態(tai)(tai);取(qu)消(xiao)短路(lu)桿時,作(zuo)為直流輸出(chu)狀態(tai)(tai)。

試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器高壓(ya)(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆未畫出,其原(yuan)理與上圖相同。

工頻耐壓試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)R1應根據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器的額(e)(e)定容量來選擇(ze)。如高壓側額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額(e)(e)定輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)流為(wei)1A以(yi)上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)。常(chang)用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu),管子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考(kao)慮,管子粗細應具(ju)有(you)足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)液配(pei)制方法(fa):用蒸餾水(shui)加入適量硫(liu)酸(suan)銅配(pei)制成各種(zhong)不同(tong)的阻(zu)(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保護(hu)電阻(zu):當電壓超(chao)過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定值時(一般取試(shi)驗電壓的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電,對被(bei)試(shi)品起到保護(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保護(hu)電阻(zu)可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗電壓)選取。

在工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確的(de)(de),其(qi)原因是由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存在著(zhu)漏抗(kang),在這個漏抗(kang)上(shang)(shang)必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或容升(sheng),使試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或高于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映出(chu)來的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所(suo)謂(wei)容升(sheng)現象。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)漏抗(kang)必然存在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為(wei)了準確測(ce)(ce)量被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)上(shang)(shang)所(suo)施加(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)操(cao)作注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)做(zuo)好(hao)分工,明確相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人(ren)監(jian)護現場**及觀(guan)察(cha)試(shi)品狀態(tai)。

2)被試(shi)品(pin)應先清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免(mian)損(sun)壞被試(shi)品(pin)和試(shi)驗帶來(lai)的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對于大型(xing)試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不接試(shi)品時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電(dian)壓,校對各種(zhong)表計(ji),調整球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓速度不能太快,并必(bi)須防止突(tu)然加壓。例如調壓器不在零位(wei)時(shi)突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然切斷電源,一般(ban)應在調壓器降至零位(wei)時(shi)拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當電(dian)壓(ya)升至試驗電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),開始(shi)計時(shi),到1min后,迅速降壓(ya)到1/3試驗電(dian)壓(ya)以下時(shi),才能拉開電(dian)源。

6)在(zai)升(sheng)壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗過程中,如發(fa)現下列(lie)不正常情(qing)況時(shi),應(ying)立即降壓(ya),切斷電源。停止試驗并查明原因:①電壓(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒焦或冒(mao)煙;③被試品內(nei)有不正常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓試驗前后應測量(liang)絕(jue)緣電(dian)阻(zu),檢(jian)查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變壓器在做被試品的直流耐壓或(huo)泄(xie)露(lu)試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中(zhong)所示(shi)。

泄露試驗中限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻R1選擇在額定輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)(shu)出端短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)。如電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)*大(da)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)100mA時(shi)用(yong)于60kV的(de)試驗裝置中,限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和(he)沿(yan)面放電(dian)(dian)距離。

高壓濾波電容C1一般選擇(ze)在0.01~0.1μF,當被試品(pin)的電容量很大時,C1可省略不(bu)用。

泄露試驗的(de)操(cao)作及(ji)注(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang)

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查(cha)被試品是(shi)否(fou)停(ting)電,接地放(fang)電,一切對外連線是(shi)否(fou)擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防將試驗電壓加到(dao)有人工作的部位上去。

2)接好試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)的接線后,應復查無誤(wu)后才可加壓。應特別注意(yi)檢查高壓設備及引線與地(di)、與操(cao)作(zuo)人員的**距離,被試(shi)品(pin)的外殼是否(fou)可靠接地(di),要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進(jin)行試(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的充電電流燒壞微安表。必要時(shi)應分(fen)級加壓,分(fen)別讀(du)取各(ge)級電壓下微安表的穩定讀(du)數。

4)試(shi)驗過程(cheng)中,應(ying)密切(qie)(qie)監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)、微安表,一(yi)旦發生擊(ji)穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現象應(ying)立即降壓,切(qie)(qie)斷電(dian)源,并查明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完(wan)畢,降(jiang)壓,切(qie)斷電(dian)源(yuan)后應將被試品及試驗裝置本身充分(fen)放電(dian)。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器注意事項

1、按照您(nin)所進行的試驗接好工作(zuo)線路。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼(ke)以(yi)及(ji)操作(zuo)系統的外(wai)殼(ke)必(bi)(bi)須可靠接地。試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)尾)以(yi)及(ji)測量繞組的F端必(bi)(bi)須可靠接地。

2、做串級試(shi)驗時,**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端,測量繞(rao)組的(de)(de)F端以及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)(de)X端(高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均接本級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級、第(di)三級試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通(tong)過絕(jue)緣支架接地。

3、接通(tong)電(dian)源前,操作系統的調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到零位后方可接通(tong)電(dian)源,合閘(zha),開(kai)始升(sheng)壓。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa),即60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)法(fa)(fa)供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)始按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以(yi)每(mei)秒2%額(e)定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電壓(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需的(de)(de)額(e)定(ding)電壓(ya),并(bing)密切(qie)(qie)注意(yi)測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示以(yi)及(ji)被試(shi)品的(de)(de)情況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)或試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)如發現測(ce)量儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指(zhi)示及(ji)被試(shi)品情況(kuang)異常(chang),應立即降壓(ya),切(qie)(qie)斷電源,查明情況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在(zai)數秒內勻速的將調壓器返回(hui)至零(ling)位(wei),然后切(qie)斷(duan)電源。

6、本產品不得(de)超過額定參數使用。除試驗必須外,決不允許全電(dian)壓通電(dian)或(huo)斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)或耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發現以(yi)下(xia)不正常情況時,應立即降(jiang)壓(ya),切(qie)斷電源,停(ting)止試驗(yan)(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指針擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表(biao)直線(xian)上升(sheng)

被試品內有不正常的聲音

8、圖(tu)1中(zhong)第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及壓(ya)力(li)表,為長(chang)期關(guan)閉狀態。每6個月開閥(fa)一(yi)次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不(bu)小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關(guan)閉閥(fa)門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐(nai)壓實(shi)驗前后應(ying)測量被試設備(bei)的絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情(qing)況(kuang)。

10、當試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)長(chang)期不(bu)使用時(shi),應(ying)放置于(yu)通風、干燥、無陽光直射的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允許在(zai)高(gao)于45℃的溫度下(xia)長期(qi)存放、使用(yong)、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力(li)沖擊(ji)。

13、產(chan)品(pin)緊(jin)固(gu)件(jian)及(ji)壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產(chan)品(pin)做高壓試驗時,出熟悉本說明書外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執行國家有關標準和(he)操作規程(cheng)。可參(can)照GB311-83《高壓輸變設備的絕緣配合,高壓試驗技術(shu)》;《電(dian)氣設備預防性試驗規程(cheng)》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交流耐壓變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器(qi)容量Pn的確定(ding)公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓器(qi)的(de)額定輸(shu)出高(gao)壓的(de)有(you)效值(zhi)(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱(cheng)電壓(ya)(ya)較低時(shi),k值可取高一些。

Ct——被(bei)試品的(de)電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的(de)(de)電容量Ct可由交(jiao)流電橋測出。Ct的(de)(de)變化很大,

可由設備的類型而(er)定(ding)。
