二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器產品結構

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)試驗變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)單(dan)框芯式鐵(tie)芯結構,初級繞組繞在(zai)鐵(tie)芯上,高壓(ya)繞組在(zai)外,這種同軸布置(zhi)減少了漏磁通,因而(er)增大了繞組間的耦(ou)合。產品的外殼(ke)為(wei)圓柱灌式容(rong)器(qi)(qi)結構,能耐受0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其結構見圖(tu)1:

工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓試(shi)驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu)R1應(ying)根(gen)據(ju)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的額(e)定容量(liang)來選擇。如高(gao)(gao)壓側(ce)(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓);高(gao)(gao)壓側(ce)(ce)額(e)定輸出電(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可(ke)取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓)。常(chang)用水(shui)電(dian)阻(zu)作為限(xian)流電(dian)阻(zu),管子長度可(ke)按150kV/m考慮,管子粗細應(ying)具(ju)有足夠的熱(re)容量(liang)(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加(jia)入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制成(cheng)各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓超過球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般(ban)取試驗(yan)電(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按(an)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)電(dian)壓)選取。

在工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)(shi)非常(chang)準(zhun)確的(de),其原因是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器存(cun)在著(zhu)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang),在這個漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)上必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)或(huo)容(rong)升,使試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)(yu)或(huo)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上反映出來(lai)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,被試(shi)品上的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是(shi)(shi)所謂(wei)容(rong)升現象(xiang)。感應(ying)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時,試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)漏(lou)抗(kang)(kang)必(bi)然存(cun)在著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)。為了準(zhun)確測量(liang)被試(shi)品上所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入(ru)FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖5)。

工頻(pin)耐壓試驗(yan)操(cao)作注(zhu)意(yi)事(shi)項

1)試驗人員應(ying)做(zuo)好分工,明確(que)相(xiang)互間聯(lian)系方法。并有專門人監(jian)護現(xian)場(chang)**及觀察試品(pin)狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先(xian)清掃干(gan)凈,并**干(gan)燥(zao),以免損(sun)壞(huai)被(bei)試品和(he)試驗帶來的(de)誤差(cha)。

3)對(dui)于大型(xing)試驗,一(yi)般都(dou)應先進行空(kong)升試驗。即不接試品時升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各種(zhong)表計,調整球間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度不能太快,并必須防(fang)止突(tu)然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在(zai)零(ling)位時突(tu)然合閘(zha)。也不能突(tu)然切斷電(dian)源,一般應(ying)在(zai)調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)位時拉(la)閘(zha)。

5)當(dang)電壓(ya)(ya)升至試驗電壓(ya)(ya)時,開(kai)始計時,到1min后(hou),迅(xun)速降壓(ya)(ya)到1/3試驗電壓(ya)(ya)以下(xia)時,才能拉(la)開(kai)電源。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),如發(fa)(fa)現下列(lie)不正(zheng)常情況時,應立即降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動很(hen)大;②發(fa)(fa)現絕緣(yuan)燒焦(jiao)或(huo)冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有(you)不正(zheng)常的聲音。

7)耐(nai)壓(ya)試驗前后應測量絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況(kuang)。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時接線原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應先抽(chou)出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)R1選擇(ze)在額定輸(shu)出電壓(ya)時,輸(shu)出端短路(lu)電流(liu)不超(chao)過高(gao)壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)。如電壓(ya)硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流(liu)電流(liu)為100mA時用于(yu)60kV的(de)(de)試(shi)驗裝置中,限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇(ze)。限(xian)流(liu)電阻(zu)(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量和沿面放電距離。

高壓濾波電(dian)容C1一般(ban)選擇在(zai)0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電(dian)容量很大時(shi),C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄(xie)露試(shi)驗的操作及注(zhu)意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗前(qian)應先檢查(cha)被試(shi)品是否停電(dian),接地放電(dian),一切對外(wai)連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗電(dian)壓加到(dao)有人(ren)工作(zuo)的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好(hao)試(shi)(shi)驗裝置的接(jie)線(xian)后,應(ying)復查無誤后才可加壓。應(ying)特別注(zhu)意檢(jian)查高(gao)壓設備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的**距(ju)離,被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規(gui)程中所規(gui)定的內容進行試(shi)(shi)驗。

3)對于大電容量設備應緩慢升壓,防止被試品(pin)的(de)(de)充電電流燒壞微(wei)安表。必(bi)要時應分級(ji)加(jia)壓,分別讀取(qu)各級(ji)電壓下微(wei)安表的(de)(de)穩定讀數(shu)。

4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)密切監視被試品(pin)、試驗(yan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、微安表,一旦發生(sheng)擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常(chang)現(xian)象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan),并(bing)查明(ming)原因,詳(xiang)細(xi)記錄。

5)試驗(yan)完畢,降壓,切斷電(dian)源(yuan)后(hou)應將被(bei)試品及(ji)試驗(yan)裝置本身充分放電(dian)。

1、按照您所進(jin)行的試(shi)驗(yan)接好(hao)工作線路。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的外殼(ke)以(yi)及操(cao)作系統的外殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地。試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組的X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))以(yi)及測量(liang)繞(rao)組的F端(duan)必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的低(di)壓(ya)繞組的X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞組的F端以及高壓(ya)繞組的X端(高壓(ya)尾(wei))均接(jie)本級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼。**級(ji)、第三級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的外(wai)殼必須(xu)通過絕緣支(zhi)架(jia)接(jie)地。

3、接通電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作(zuo)系(xi)統的調壓器必(bi)須調到零位后方可接通電(dian)源(yuan),合閘,開始升壓。

4、從(cong)(cong)零開始(shi)均(jun)勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法有:快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法,即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法;極慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法供(gong)選用。電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)(cong)零開始(shi)按一定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后,在以(yi)每秒2%額定(ding)試驗電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您(nin)所(suo)需的(de)(de)額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測量(liang)(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)以(yi)及(ji)(ji)被試品的(de)(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試驗過程中(zhong)如(ru)發現測量(liang)(liang)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)(de)指示(shi)及(ji)(ji)被試品情(qing)況異常,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷(duan)電源(yuan),查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢后,應在(zai)數(shu)秒內勻速的將調壓器(qi)返回(hui)至零位(wei),然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不得超過額定參數使用。除試驗必(bi)須外(wai),決不允許(xu)全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓(ya)(ya)或耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如(ru)發現以下不正常情況時,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源,停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓表(biao)指(zhi)針擺動(或數字跳動)很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被試品內有不正(zheng)常的聲音(yin)

8、圖(tu)1中第9項(xiang)系壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表(biao),為(wei)長期關閉狀態。每6個月(yue)開閥一次,以檢查(cha)SF6壓(ya)力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢查(cha)壓(ya)力后立即關閉閥門),低于0.2MPa時應(ying)加(jia)SF6氣體,以增加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓(ya)實(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)后(hou)應測量被試設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)長(chang)期不使用時,應放置于通(tong)風(feng)、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射(she)的地(di)方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸搬運(yun)途中不得重力沖(chong)擊。

13、產品緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自松動。

14、使(shi)用本產品做高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時(shi),出熟悉本說明書外,還必(bi)須(xu)嚴格執行國家(jia)有(you)關標準和(he)操作(zuo)規程。可(ke)參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸變設(she)備的絕(jue)緣配(pei)合,高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技(ji)術》;《電氣設(she)備預(yu)防性試驗規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV高壓成套試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中:

Pn——標稱(cheng)試驗(yan)變壓器容量(kVA)

Vn——試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效(xiao)值(kV)

k ——**系數。k≥1,標稱電壓Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標稱電壓較低(di)時(shi),k值可取高(gao)一些。

Ct——被試品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率,ω=2πf, f——試驗電(dian)源的頻率

被試設(she)備的(de)電容量(liang)Ct可(ke)由(you)交流(liu)電橋測出。Ct的(de)變化很大,

可(ke)由設(she)備的類型而定。

典型數據如下:

簡單(dan)的棒式或懸式絕緣子            &nbsp;幾(ji)十微法

對于不(bu)同(tong)的試(shi)驗電壓(ya)Vn,選擇(ze)不(bu)同(tong)的(適當的)**系數k。

Vn =50~100kV    &nbsp;   k = 4
