YDQ系列高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)試驗變(bian)壓(ya)器采(cai)用單(dan)框芯式鐵芯結(jie)構(gou)(gou),初級繞(rao)組(zu)繞(rao)在鐵芯上,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)在外(wai),這種同軸(zhou)布置(zhi)減少了(le)漏磁通(tong),因而增(zeng)大了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)間的耦合(he)。產(chan)品的外(wai)殼為(wei)圓柱灌式容器結(jie)構(gou)(gou),能耐受(shou)0.8MPa以上壓(ya)力。其(qi)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)見圖1:

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器為單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器,聯(lian)結(jie)組標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用(yong)工頻220V(10kVA以上為380V)電(dian)源(yuan)接(jie)入 (為本公司生產的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器配套(tao)專用(yong)設備,詳細資料請(qing)見(jian)其具(ju)體(ti)使用(yong)說明書)系列操作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶調壓(ya)(ya)器(50kVA以上調壓(ya)(ya)器外附)調節至(zhi)0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至(zhi)YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級(ji)繞(rao)組,根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在試(shi)驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可(ke)獲(huo)得試(shi)驗(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1應根據試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額定(ding)容量(liang)來選擇。如高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時(shi),可取0.5~1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya));高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側額定(ding)輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時(shi),可取1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))。常用水電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)作為限流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),管子(zi)長(chang)度可按150kV/m考慮,管子(zi)粗(cu)細應具有足夠的熱容量(liang)(水阻(zu)(zu)液配制(zhi)方法:用蒸餾水加入適量(liang)硫(liu)酸銅配制(zhi)成各種不同的阻(zu)(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)整定(ding)值時(一般取(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian),對被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)起到保(bao)(bao)護作用。球(qiu)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓)選(xuan)取(qu)。

在工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗中,低(di)(di)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是(shi)非(fei)常(chang)準確(que)的,其原因是(shi)由于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)(cun)在著漏(lou)抗(kang),在這(zhe)個(ge)漏(lou)抗(kang)上(shang)必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升(sheng),使試品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低(di)(di)于或高于低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)反映出來(lai)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),被(bei)試品(pin)上(shang)的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高于試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就(jiu)是(shi)所謂容(rong)升(sheng)現象。感應耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗時(shi),試驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏(lou)抗(kang)必然(ran)存(cun)(cun)在著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了(le)準確(que)測(ce)量被(bei)試品(pin)上(shang)所施(shi)加的電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常(chang)在高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來(lai)測(ce)量電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐壓試驗操作注意事項

1)試驗(yan)人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方法。并有專門人監護現場**及觀察(cha)試品狀態。

2)被(bei)試品應先清(qing)掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以(yi)免損壞被(bei)試品和(he)試驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對(dui)于大型試驗,一般都應先(xian)進行空升試驗。即不(bu)接試品時(shi)升壓至試驗電壓,校對(dui)各(ge)種表計,調整(zheng)球間隙(xi)。

4)升壓(ya)速(su)度(du)不能(neng)太快,并(bing)必須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)不在零位(wei)時(shi)突然(ran)合(he)閘。也(ye)不能(neng)突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一般應(ying)在調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)降至零位(wei)時(shi)拉閘。

5)當電壓(ya)升至試(shi)驗電壓(ya)時,開(kai)始(shi)計時,到(dao)1min后(hou),迅速降壓(ya)到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗電壓(ya)以下(xia)時,才(cai)能(neng)拉開(kai)電源(yuan)。

6)在升壓(ya)(ya)或(huo)耐壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)(fa)現下(xia)列不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya),切斷電源(yuan)。停止(zhi)試驗(yan)并查明(ming)原(yuan)因:①電壓(ya)(ya)表指針擺(bai)動很大;②發(fa)(fa)現絕(jue)緣燒焦或(huo)冒煙;③被試品內有不(bu)正(zheng)常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前后(hou)應測量絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查(cha)絕(jue)緣情況。

試驗變(bian)壓器在做(zuo)被試品(pin)的直流耐壓或泄(xie)露試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖如(ru)圖6。

注:此試(shi)驗應先抽出短路桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)(xian)流電阻(zu)R1選(xuan)擇在額定輸出(chu)(chu)電壓時,輸出(chu)(chu)端(duan)短路(lu)電流不超(chao)過(guo)高(gao)壓硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流。如電壓硅(gui)堆的(de)(de)*大整流電流為100mA時用(yong)于60kV的(de)(de)試驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)(xian)流電阻(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇。限(xian)(xian)流電阻(zu)還應具有足夠的(de)(de)容量(liang)和沿(yan)面放電距離。

高壓濾波電容(rong)C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當(dang)被試品的電容(rong)量很大(da)時,C1可省(sheng)略不用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作(zuo)及(ji)注(zhu)意事項

1)試(shi)驗(yan)前(qian)應先檢查被試(shi)品是否(fou)停電,接地放電,一切對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈。要嚴防將試(shi)驗(yan)電壓加到有人工作的部(bu)位上(shang)去。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)的(de)接(jie)線(xian)后,應復查(cha)無誤后才可加壓(ya)。應特別注意檢查(cha)高(gao)壓(ya)設備及引線(xian)與地、與操作人員的(de)**距離,被試(shi)品的(de)外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要按**規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)內容進行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)容(rong)量設備應緩慢(man)升(sheng)壓,防止被試品的充電(dian)電(dian)流燒壞(huai)微安表。必要時應分(fen)(fen)級加壓,分(fen)(fen)別讀取各級電(dian)壓下微安表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試驗過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試品(pin)、試驗裝置、微(wei)安表,一旦發(fa)生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并(bing)查明原因(yin),詳細記(ji)錄。

5)試(shi)(shi)驗完(wan)畢,降壓,切斷(duan)電源(yuan)后應將(jiang)被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品及試(shi)(shi)驗裝置(zhi)本身(shen)充分放(fang)電。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器注意事項

1、按(an)照您所進行(xing)的試驗(yan)接好工作線路。試驗(yan)變壓器的外殼以及(ji)操作系(xi)統的外殼必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠接地(di)。試驗(yan)變壓器高壓繞組的X端(高壓尾)以及(ji)測(ce)量繞組的F端必(bi)須(xu)可(ke)靠接地(di)。

2、做串(chuan)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan),測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)以(yi)及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)。**級(ji)(ji)、第三級(ji)(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外(wai)殼(ke)必須通過絕緣支(zhi)架接(jie)地(di)。

3、接通電源前,操作系統的(de)調壓器(qi)必須調到零(ling)位后(hou)方可接通電源,合閘,開始升壓。

4、從零開始(shi)均勻旋轉(zhuan)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有:快(kuai)速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐(zhu)級(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);極(ji)慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式(shi)和速(su)(su)(su)度(du)上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)(dao)您(nin)(nin)所(suo)需(xu)的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示以及被(bei)試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量儀表(biao)的(de)(de)(de)指示及被(bei)試(shi)品情(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后(hou),應在數(shu)秒內勻速(su)的將(jiang)調壓(ya)器返回至零位(wei),然(ran)后(hou)切斷電源(yuan)。

6、本產品(pin)不得超過額定(ding)參數使用。除試驗(yan)必(bi)須外(wai),決(jue)不允(yun)許全電(dian)壓(ya)通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升(sheng)壓或(huo)耐壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發現以下不正常(chang)情況(kuang)時,應立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原因。

⑴電壓表指(zhi)針擺動(或數字(zi)跳(tiao)動)很大

⑵電流表直(zhi)線(xian)上升

被試品內有不正常的(de)聲音

8、圖1中(zhong)第9項系壓(ya)力(li)閥(fa)及(ji)壓(ya)力(li)表,為長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態(tai)。每6個(ge)月開閥(fa)一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力(li),應不小于(yu)0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力(li)后立即關閉(bi)閥(fa)門),低于(yu)0.2MPa時應加(jia)SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加(jia)氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕(jue)緣電阻,檢(jian)查絕(jue)緣情況。

10、當試驗變(bian)壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥、無陽(yang)光直射的地方。

11、該(gai)產品不允許在高(gao)于45℃的溫度下長期存放(fang)(fang)、使用、放(fang)(fang)氣。

12、運輸搬運途中不得重力沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓(ya)力閥、壓(ya)力表不得擅自松動。

14、使用本產品做(zuo)高(gao)壓(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本說(shuo)明(ming)書外,還必須嚴格執行國(guo)家有關標準和操作規(gui)程。可參照GB311-83《高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)變設備的絕緣配合(he),高(gao)壓(ya)試驗技術》;《電氣設備預防性試驗規(gui)程》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流試驗變壓器容量選擇

標稱試驗變(bian)壓器容量(liang)Pn的確定公(gong)式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式(shi)中:

Pn——標稱試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額(e)定(ding)輸(shu)出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k&nbsp;——**系數。k≥1,標(biao)稱電壓Vn≥1MV時,k=2;標(biao)稱電壓較低時,k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試(shi)品的電容量(pF)

ω——角頻率(lv),ω=2πf, f——試驗電源的頻率(lv)

被試設備(bei)的電容(rong)量Ct可由(you)交流電橋測出(chu)。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的類型而定。

典型數據如下:

簡單的棒式(shi)(shi)或(huo)懸式(shi)(shi)絕緣(yuan)子             幾十微法
