二、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器產品結構

YDQ系列高壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器采用單框芯(xin)式鐵(tie)芯(xin)結(jie)(jie)構,初級(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組繞(rao)(rao)在(zai)鐵(tie)芯(xin)上(shang),高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)(rao)組在(zai)外,這種同軸(zhou)布置減少了(le)(le)漏磁通,因而增大(da)了(le)(le)繞(rao)(rao)組間(jian)的耦合。產(chan)品的外殼為圓柱灌式容(rong)器結(jie)(jie)構,能耐(nai)受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)。其結(jie)(jie)構見圖(tu)1:

YDQ系(xi)列高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)為(wei)單相變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以(yi)上(shang)為(wei)380V)電(dian)源接入 (為(wei)本公(gong)司生(sheng)產的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)配套專用設備,詳細(xi)資(zi)料請見其具體使用說(shuo)明書(shu))系(xi)列操作箱(臺),經操作箱內自(zi)偶調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(50kVA以(yi)上(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節至0~200V(或0~400V)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的初級(ji)繞組(zu)(zu),根據電(dian)磁感應原理,在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)所(suo)需(xu)的高電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

工頻耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)中限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)R1應根(gen)據試驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的額定容量來選(xuan)擇。如高(gao)壓側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)100~300mA時(shi),可取(qu)0.5~1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高(gao)壓側(ce)額定輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)1A以上時(shi),可取(qu)1Ω/V(試驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用水(shui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)限流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),管(guan)子(zi)長度可按150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子(zi)粗細應具(ju)有足夠的熱容量(水(shui)阻(zu)液配制方法:用蒸餾水(shui)加入適(shi)量硫(liu)酸銅配制成(cheng)各種(zhong)不同的阻(zu)值)。

球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)及保(bao)護電(dian)阻:當電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過(guo)球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)整(zheng)定(ding)值時(一(yi)般取試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的110%~120%),球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)放電(dian),對(dui)被試(shi)品起到保(bao)護作(zuo)用。球(qiu)間(jian)隙(xi)保(bao)護電(dian)阻可按1Ω/V(試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀(yi)表(biao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya))不是非常準確(que)的(de),其原因(yin)(yin)是由(you)于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存在(zai)著漏(lou)(lou)抗,在(zai)這個漏(lou)(lou)抗上(shang)(shang)必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容(rong)升,使試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)上(shang)(shang)反(fan)映(ying)出來的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)于(yu)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂容(rong)升現象。感應耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi),試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)漏(lou)(lou)抗必然(ran)存在(zai)著壓(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為了準確(que)測量(liang)被試(shi)品上(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),因(yin)(yin)此常在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(見圖(tu)5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)操作注意事項

1)試驗(yan)人員應做好分工,明確相互間聯系方(fang)法。并有專門人監護現(xian)場**及(ji)觀察試品狀(zhuang)態。

2)被試(shi)品應(ying)先(xian)清掃(sao)干凈,并**干燥,以免損壞被試(shi)品和(he)試(shi)驗帶來的誤(wu)差。

3)對(dui)于大(da)型試(shi)驗,一般都(dou)應(ying)先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品(pin)時升壓至(zhi)試(shi)驗電壓,校對(dui)各種表計,調(diao)整球(qiu)間隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快(kuai),并必須防止突然(ran)加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器不在零(ling)(ling)位時突然(ran)合閘。也不能突然(ran)切斷電(dian)源,一(yi)般應在調壓(ya)器降至零(ling)(ling)位時拉閘。

5)當電(dian)壓升(sheng)至試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓時(shi),開始計時(shi),到(dao)1min后,迅速降壓到(dao)1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓以(yi)下(xia)時(shi),才(cai)能拉(la)開電(dian)源。

6)在升(sheng)壓或(huo)耐壓試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列(lie)不(bu)正常情(qing)況時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源。停止試(shi)驗并(bing)查明原(yuan)因(yin):①電壓表指(zhi)針(zhen)擺動很大;②發現絕緣燒焦或(huo)冒(mao)煙(yan);③被試(shi)品(pin)內有(you)不(bu)正常的聲音。

7)耐壓試驗前后應測量絕緣(yuan)電阻,檢(jian)查絕緣(yuan)情況。

試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器在(zai)做被試(shi)品的直流耐壓或泄露試(shi)驗(yan)時(shi)接線(xian)原(yuan)理圖如圖6。

注:此試驗應先(xian)抽出短路桿(gan)“D”,圖(tu)6中所示。

泄露試驗(yan)中限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R1選(xuan)擇(ze)在額定輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓時,輸出(chu)端短(duan)路電(dian)(dian)流不(bu)超過高壓硅堆的(de)*大整流。如電(dian)(dian)壓硅堆的(de)*大整流電(dian)(dian)流為100mA時用于60kV的(de)試驗(yan)裝置中,限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選(xuan)擇(ze)。限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)還應具有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)(dian)距(ju)離。

高壓濾波(bo)電(dian)容C1一般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被(bei)試品的電(dian)容量很大時,C1可省略(lve)不用。

泄露試驗的操(cao)作及注意事項

1)試(shi)(shi)驗前應先檢查被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)是否停(ting)電,接地放電,一切對外連(lian)線是否擦干凈。要(yao)嚴防將試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya)加到(dao)有人工(gong)作的部位上去(qu)。

2)接(jie)好試(shi)驗裝(zhuang)置的接(jie)線后(hou),應復查無誤后(hou)才可加(jia)壓(ya)。應特別注意(yi)檢查高壓(ya)設備及引(yin)線與地、與操作人員的**距離(li),被試(shi)品的外殼是否可靠(kao)接(jie)地,要(yao)按**規程中(zhong)所規定的內容(rong)進行試(shi)驗。

3)對(dui)于大電(dian)(dian)容量(liang)設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試品的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流燒壞微安表。必(bi)要(yao)時(shi)應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各(ge)級電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)下微安表的穩定(ding)讀數。

4)試(shi)驗過程中,應密切監視(shi)被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗裝置、微安表,一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異常現象應立即降壓,切斷電源,并查明(ming)原因,詳細記錄。

5)試(shi)驗完(wan)畢(bi),降(jiang)壓,切斷電源(yuan)后應將被試(shi)品及試(shi)驗裝置本(ben)身(shen)充(chong)分放電。

四、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器注意事項

1、按(an)照您(nin)所進行的(de)(de)試驗接好工作(zuo)線(xian)路。試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)系統的(de)(de)外殼必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。試驗變(bian)壓器(qi)高壓繞組的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾)以及測(ce)量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)必(bi)須可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗時,**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端,測(ce)量(liang)繞組的(de)(de)F端以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組的(de)(de)X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)。**級(ji)、第三(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼(ke)必須通過絕緣(yuan)支(zhi)架接地。

3、接通電源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器必須調到零位(wei)后(hou)方可接通電源(yuan),合閘,開(kai)始升壓(ya)。

4、從零開始均勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)20s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)(ji)60s逐級升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢速(su)(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選(xuan)用。電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速(su)(su)(su)度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)75%后,在以每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試驗電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)(de)(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),并密(mi)切(qie)注意測量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指示以及被(bei)試品的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中或試驗過程(cheng)中如發現測量儀(yi)表的(de)(de)(de)指示及被(bei)試品情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)異常,應立即(ji)(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya),切(qie)斷電(dian)源,查明情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。

5、試驗完畢后,應在數秒(miao)內勻速的將調壓(ya)器(qi)返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產品不(bu)得超過額定參數使(shi)用。除試驗必須(xu)外,決不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)全電(dian)壓通(tong)電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再(zai)升壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)過程中,如發(fa)現以下不(bu)正(zheng)常情況(kuang)時,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗(yan)并(bing)查明原因。

⑴電(dian)壓表指針擺動(或數字跳動)很大(da)

⑵電流(liu)表直(zhi)線上升

被試(shi)品內有(you)不正常的聲音

8、圖1中第9項系(xi)壓(ya)力閥及壓(ya)力表(biao),為(wei)長期(qi)關閉(bi)狀態。每6個月開閥一次,以檢查SF6壓(ya)力,應不小于0.2MPa(檢查壓(ya)力后立即(ji)關閉(bi)閥門),低于0.2MPa時應加SF6氣體,以增(zeng)加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前后應(ying)測(ce)量被試(shi)設(she)備(bei)的(de)絕(jue)緣電阻,檢查絕(jue)緣情(qing)況。

10、當試驗變壓器長期不(bu)使用時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直射(she)的地方(fang)。

11、該產品不允(yun)許在高于(yu)45℃的(de)溫(wen)度下長期存放、使用、放氣(qi)。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬運(yun)途(tu)中(zhong)不(bu)得(de)重力(li)沖擊。

13、產品(pin)緊固件及壓力閥、壓力表不得擅(shan)自(zi)松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品做高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時,出熟(shu)悉(xi)本(ben)說明書外,還必須嚴格執(zhi)行國家有關標準(zhun)和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)輸變設備的(de)絕緣配(pei)合,高壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)技術》;《電氣設備預防性試(shi)驗(yan)規程》等。

五、WBTQSB-300KVA/100KV交直流高壓發生器容量選擇

標稱試驗變壓器容(rong)量Pn的確(que)定公式:Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

式中(zhong):

Pn——標稱試驗(yan)變壓器容量(liang)(kVA)

Vn——試驗變壓(ya)器的額定輸出高壓(ya)的有效值(kV)

k ——**系數(shu)。k≥1,標(biao)稱電(dian)壓(ya)Vn≥1MV時(shi),k=2;標(biao)稱電(dian)壓(ya)較(jiao)低時(shi),k值可取高一(yi)些。

Ct——被試品的電容(rong)量(pF)

ω——角頻(pin)率,ω=2πf, f——試驗(yan)電源的頻(pin)率

被試設備的電(dian)容(rong)量Ct可(ke)由(you)交(jiao)流電(dian)橋(qiao)測(ce)出。Ct的變化很大,

可由設備的(de)類型而定。
