主機有(you)大夾具(紅、黑(hei))兩個,紅(黑(hei))夾具的(de)(de)接線端均(jun)固定在面(mian)板(ban)的(de)(de)前方,空氣(qi)開(kai)關(guan)安裝(zhuang)在面(mian)板(ban)的(de)(de)前方以方便開(kai)關(guan)的(de)(de)控制(zhi)。
用途(tu)
蓄電(dian)池(chi)活化(hua)儀(以下簡(jian)稱活化(hua)儀),是一(yi)款多功(gong)能型蓄電(dian)池(chi)維護維修檢(jian)測(ce)的設備,是對蓄電(dian)池(chi)進行日(ri)常維護不(bu)可缺少的好幫(bang)手。設備體積小,方便移動操作。在(zai)電(dian)力、金融、通信(xin)、**、汽車、地鐵、大(da)型工廠等行業有著(zhu)廣泛的應用。
每年(nian)電池(chi)早期衰退導(dao)致的性能下降和(he)劣(lie)化(hua),使得大批量的電池(chi)報廢,帶(dai)來(lai)很大的經濟(ji)損失(shi),同時也帶(dai)來(lai)了嚴重(zhong)的環境污染。因此電池(chi)的修(xiu)復(fu)與活化(hua)和(he)電池(chi)的再利(li)用(yong)一(yi)直是一(yi)個熱點話題,尤其近年(nian)受到(dao)了國(guo)家相關(guan)部門的高度重(zhong)視(shi)。
眾所(suo)周知,在各(ge)行各(ge)業里,對于電源**要求(qiu)較(jiao)高的系統(tong),都(dou)配有后備電源、UPS等(deng),而蓄電(dian)池(chi)就(jiu)(jiu)是其中(zhong)(zhong)核心部分。這(zhe)些蓄電(dian)池(chi)有(you)很大一部分是成(cheng)組使(shi)(shi)用(yong),任何單(dan)節電(dian)池(chi)的老化落后,都(dou)會(hui)嚴(yan)重影響到整組電(dian)池(chi)的性(xing)能,并很快會(hui)使(shi)(shi)得整組電(dian)池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)其他單(dan)體變(bian)壞(huai)(huai),進(jin)而引起(qi)整組電(dian)池(chi)提前(qian)退出運行。就(jiu)(jiu)是作為單(dan)體使(shi)(shi)用(yong)的汽車電(dian)池(chi),大部分僅僅因為不能正常(chang)啟動汽車就(jiu)(jiu)全(quan)部被報廢。實際上,對于落后或者變(bian)壞(huai)(huai)的蓄電(dian)池(chi)進(jin)行活(huo)化處(chu)理(li)后,大部分都(dou)可以(yi)有(you)效地重新激(ji)活(huo)電(dian)池(chi),延長使(shi)(shi)用(yong)壽命,在蓄電(dian)池(chi)日(ri)常(chang)維護中(zhong)(zhong)有(you)著很好的現實意(yi)義(yi)。
活化儀不僅有對蓄電(dian)池進行的可編程充電(dian)/放電(dian)循(xun)環激活作(zuo)用(yong)外,還有以下幾種獨(du)立(li)的(de)使用(yong)方式:電(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)電(dian)、電(dian)池(chi)(chi)放電(dian)、電(dian)池(chi)(chi)活化、電(dian)池(chi)(chi)內(nei)阻(zu)測試(shi)、電(dian)池(chi)(chi)性(xing)能測試(shi)。所有充(chong)放電(dian)都是可編(bian)程(cheng)的(de),同時帶有電(dian)池(chi)(chi)極性(xing)柱溫度監測,過(guo)熱自動(dong)(dong)停止(zhi)操作(zuo)。充(chong)電(dian)自動(dong)(dong)按照三(san)段式過(guo)程(cheng)充(chong)電(dian)。這些功能完全滿足了日常對于蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)維護的(de)主要需求。
本設備可以在線或(huo)者(zhe)離線使用,同(tong)時兼容(rong)2V,6V(根據客戶要求定做),12V電(dian)池。

電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)
可編(bian)程(cheng)對單體電(dian)池進行充電(dian),編(bian)程(cheng)內(nei)容包括(kuo):電(dian)池編(bian)號,電(dian)池類型選擇,充電(dian)電(dian)流,充電(dian)時間,限壓;
充電方式:自動對蓄電池按照編程(cheng)值進行三段式充電:恒(heng)流—恒(heng)壓—浮充;
當(dang)滿足充(chong)(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間或是(shi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)完(wan)(wan)成都會停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian),顯示充(chong)(chong)電(dian)完(wan)(wan)畢(bi)。
恒流(liu)充電時(shi),電流(liu)以0.1C進行充電,當電壓超過(guo)限壓時轉化為恒壓充電,當電流小于0.005C時轉化為浮(fu)充(chong),曲線圖(tu)如下圖(tu)所示:

放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)方式(shi):恒(heng)流放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian),低于限(xian)壓(ya)或是(shi)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)時間到時停止放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian),顯示放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)完畢;
實時顯示放電(dian)動態(tai)過程信息(xi);
溫度檢測,超出設定值自(zi)動啟動風扇進(jin)行(xing)散熱;
電池活化

連(lian)接
設備上的電流回路(紅、黑大夾具(ju))與電池正(zheng)負極正(zheng)確(que)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。先接(jie)(jie)(jie)負極(黑色夾具(ju)),后接(jie)(jie)(jie)正(zheng)極(紅色夾具(ju))。電壓回路(紅、黑小夾具(ju))與電池正(zheng)負極正(zheng)確(que)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)圖(tu)如圖(tu)3:
二、功(gong)能及操作步驟
主(zhu)菜單:
打開面板上的空氣開關,稍做等待系統會自動進入蓄電(dian)池活(huo)化(hua)儀操作(zuo)主界(jie)面。主菜單界(jie)面如圖4
2.1電(dian)池充電(dian)
在(zai)主菜單(dan)中(zhong)點擊電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian),即可進入電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)的參數設(she)置界面。如圖(tu)5:
1)選擇電池編號,默認從0001開始,編號可(ke)以根(gen)據操作的順序依次遞增;用戶不可(ke)以自己設(she)定電池的編號,*大到30。
2)用(yong)戶(hu)需根(gen)據需要的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)類(lei)型(xing)(xing)為基礎,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)類(lei)型(xing)(xing)欄選(xuan)擇和輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量,當選(xuan)擇好電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)系統(tong)會給用(yong)戶(hu)提供一(yi)(yi)個截止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)默認值(zhi),用(yong)戶(hu)也自行設置該(gai)值(zhi),同樣(yang)輸入完電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量系統(tong)也會給一(yi)(yi)個充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流的(de)默認值(zhi),用(yong)戶(hu)也自行設置該(gai)值(zhi)。
注意:1.通常(chang)情況下,系統預設(she)的充(放)電(dian)電(dian)流一般設(she)定成0.1C10,C10表示10小時率(lv)的放電容量,0.1C10表示是(shi)10個小時放電時的(de)電流大(da)小,例如200Ah的電池,10個(ge)小(xiao)時放電電流(liu)為20A,則0.1C表示是20A的(de)電流;150Ah的(de)電(dian)池,10小時放電(dian)電(dian)流為15A,則0.1C表示是15A。
2.建議單次(ci)充放(fang)電(dian)時間不要超過18小時(適用于充(chong)/放電設置)。
3.參(can)數設(she)置中設(she)置的(de)截止電(dian)壓(ya)起到保護電(dian)池的(de)作用。
4.對于小容量的電(dian)池還應該注意(yi)工(gong)作電(dian)流的設(she)定(ding)。建議以(yi)0.1C10(即工作(zuo)電流為電池容量值(zhi)的(de)0.1倍大(da)小)的速率進行充電放電。
3)設置完成后,點擊(ji)啟動充(chong)電。
①、如(ru)(ru)果參(can)數設置(zhi)出(chu)錯的話,系統會彈出(chu)一個提示框。如(ru)(ru)圖6:
點擊(ji)確(que)定(ding)之后,即可回(hui)到參數設置界(jie)面從(cong)新(xin)設置充(chong)電參數。
②、如果一切設置正常即可進入充電時(shi)一些(xie)實(shi)時(shi)數(shu)據和曲線圖(tu)形的狀態界面。如圖(tu)7:
在(zai)該界面下會(hui)顯示(shi)實時的(de)電壓,電流(liu)和溫度數(shu)據,還有兩個(ge)電壓和電流(liu)的(de)實時曲線圖(tu)。
如(ru)果(guo)用戶想(xiang)中途中斷(duan)充(chong)電,可以點擊停(ting)(ting)止充(chong)電。點擊停(ting)(ting)止充(chong)電時會提示用戶是否停(ting)(ting)止,如(ru)果(guo)點是,則停(ting)(ting)止充(chong)電回到充(chong)電設置界(jie)面,如(ru)果(guo)點否,繼續回到實時數據顯示界(jie)面。
2.2電池(chi)放電
電池放電的(de)界面于(yu)電池充電的(de)界面類似,操作也相一(yi)致,只不過作用效果是相反的(de)。在(zai)主菜(cai)單中(zhong)按(an)電池放電,進(jin)入電池放電菜(cai)單界面。如圖8:
電(dian)池放電(dian)參數(shu)設置和電(dian)池充電(dian)類似。
2.3電池的活化
在主菜(cai)單中(zhong)電池活(huo)化,進入電池活(huo)化界面(mian)。如圖9:
循環設置(zhi)可以設置(zhi)循環的次數充放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,還有充放電(dian)(dian)的時間(jian)。
點擊(ji)循(xun)環(huan)設(she)置,進(jin)入循(xun)環(huan)設(she)置界面,循(xun)環(huan)設(she)置界面如圖10:
設置好參數后(hou)點(dian)擊確認(ren),再點(dian)擊啟動(dong)活化(hua),就可以進入活化(hua)的實時數據顯示界面(mian)。

2.4內阻測試
在主菜(cai)單中按內(nei)阻測試,進入電池內(nei)阻測試參數(shu)設置界面。如(ru)圖(tu)12:
建(jian)議:放電電流按0.2C10 A.假設電池類型為12V100Ah,則放電電流設為20A。
2.5數據管理
在主菜單中按(an)數據(ju)管(guan)理,進入數據(ju)管(guan)理界面。如圖13:
說明(ming):
①、在數據(ju)管理(li)界面(mian)(mian)里面(mian)(mian)可以查詢到以往測試保存(cun)的一(yi)些數據(ju),有充電查詢、放電查詢、活化(hua)查詢和內阻查詢。
②、數據刪(shan)除功能(neng)可以把(ba)保存的(de)數據全部刪(shan)除,不可恢(hui)復,謹慎操作。
③、數據(ju)上傳通(tong)過上位(wei)機的RS232接(jie)口把(ba)數據(ju)傳到上位機。本臺機器,充電限(xian)制保(bao)存(cun)30組,放電(dian)限(xian)制保存30組,活化測試限制保存30組,內阻測試限制保(bao)存30組(zu)。如果(guo)存滿30之后沒(mei)有數據(ju)刪(shan)除,則數據(ju)會從**組開(kai)始(shi)覆(fu)蓋(gai)。
2.5.1充(chong)電查(cha)詢。
在數(shu)據(ju)管理菜單中按充(chong)電查詢(xun),進(jin)入充(chong)電查詢(xun)界面(mian)。如圖14:
剛進(jin)界面(mian)顯(xian)示(shi)的(de)是*后一(yi)(yi)次保(bao)存的(de)數據,按上(shang)一(yi)(yi)頁(ye)和(he)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)頁(ye)可以分(fen)別查(cha)詢上(shang)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)和(he)下(xia)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)的(de)歷史(shi)數據。點擊(ji)參數查(cha)詢,可以查(cha)詢到該組(zu)數據的(de)測試(shi)參數。如(ru)圖(tu)15:
2.5.2 放電(dian)查詢(xun)
放電查詢(xun)和充電查詢(xun)類(lei)似。
2.5.3 活(huo)化查(cha)詢
在數據管(guan)理菜單中按活化(hua)(hua)查(cha)詢(xun),進入活化(hua)(hua)查(cha)詢(xun)界面(mian)。如圖16:
說明:
①、一組(zu)的(de)活化數據(ju)中*少(shao)都會包含一組(zu)的(de)放(fang)電數據(ju)和(he)一組(zu)的(de)充電數據(ju)。
②、剛進(jin)活(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)查(cha)詢界面(mian)時(shi)顯示(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)*后(hou)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)保(bao)存活(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)中的(de)(de)(de)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)放(fang)電(dian)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)。如(ru)果點擊(ji)上(shang)一(yi)頁,因為該(gai)組(zu)(zu)(zu)活(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)已經沒有其他上(shang)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)數據(ju)(ju)(ju),則顯示(shi)(shi)上(shang)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)活(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)的(de)(de)(de)*后(hou)一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan)中的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)。如(ru)果剛進(jin)界面(mian)點擊(ji)下(xia)(xia)一(yi)頁,則會顯示(shi)(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)數據(ju)(ju)(ju),再次(ci)(ci)(ci)點擊(ji)下(xia)(xia)一(yi)頁,如(ru)果該(gai)組(zu)(zu)(zu)只設(she)置一(yi)次(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan),則會顯示(shi)(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)保(bao)存活(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)數據(ju)(ju)(ju)中的(de)(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)數據(ju)(ju)(ju),如(ru)果該(gai)組(zu)(zu)(zu)設(she)置了多次(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan),則會顯示(shi)(shi)**次(ci)(ci)(ci)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan)的(de)(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)數據(ju)(ju)(ju),以此類(lei)推的(de)(de)(de)顯示(shi)(shi)。
③、在選(xuan)擇(ze)組數(shu)下面的框中輸入(ru)組數(shu)編號(hao),可以跳轉需(xu)要查詢(xun)的數(shu)據。
④、點擊參(can)數查(cha)詢(xun)(xun),可以(yi)查(cha)詢(xun)(xun)該組活(huo)化時設置(zhi)的一些參(can)數。
2.6系(xi)統設置
在主菜單中按系統設(she)置,進入(ru)系統設(she)置界面。如圖17:
操作說明:
時間設(she)置:如(ru)果較長時間沒有(you)運行(xing)設(she)備,需要(yao)查(cha)看時間是否正(zheng)確,如(ru)果不正(zheng)確,需要(yao)重(zhong)新設(she)置時間。
U盤下(xia)載:點擊后,將U盤插入,通過(guo)提示,可(ke)以將數(shu)據(ju)保(bao)存到U盤中。
本(ben)機(ji)標定(ding):本(ben)菜單需要密碼(ma)才可進入,非專業人員請(qing)勿(wu)操作。原始密碼:admin。本操作為標定設備電壓值(zhi),電壓(ya)單(dan)位(wei)為伏特(V) 。
幫助信(xin)息(xi):顯(xian)示(shi)本(ben)機一些(xie)簡易操作(zuo)信(xin)息(xi)。
為使(shi)用(yong)戶更好使(shi)用(yong)該設備,建議設置如(ru)下:
1.對(dui)單體鉛酸蓄電池充放電,建議充放(fang)電時間(jian)設置(zhi)為(wei)10小時,充(chong)放電電流設(she)置為0.1C10;
2.對單體鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄電池活化設置,建(jian)議充放電時(shi)間設置為8小時,充放(fang)電電流設置為0.2C10;
3.電壓限制設置:上限電壓設置為2.35
*N(以單節2v電池(chi)為單位)下限(xian)電壓設置(zhi)為1.80*N(以單節2v電池為單(dan)位(wei))
例子:12v單體電池,上限電壓設置2.35*6=14.1v,下限(xian)電壓(ya)設置1.80 *6=10.8v但是(shi)由(you)于(yu)蓄電(dian)池個體(ti)間的差異性,以實際應用情況為(wei)準(zhun).

三 、日常維護
3.1清潔(jie)維護
1)主機的清潔維護
使(shi)用柔軟的濕布與溫和型的清潔液清洗(xi)蓄電池活化(hua)儀主機。請(qing)不要使(shi)用溶(rong)解型的清洗(xi)劑或酒精等,以免(mian)損(sun)壞主機面板。
2)夾(jia)具的清潔維(wei)護
使用柔(rou)軟的濕布與溫和(he)型的清潔液清洗夾具,清洗完后用清水清洗一遍,擦干(gan)。請不(bu)要(yao)傷害探頭的金屬(shu)部分,以免造成接觸**。
3)設(she)備(bei)使用
設(she)備要(yao)輕拿輕放,置(zhi)于干燥的環(huan)境中使用。
3.2存放(fang)
當(dang)使用完后應當(dang)將蓄電池(chi)活化(hua)儀所(suo)有夾具(ju)(ju)和連線整理后放入(ru)機體自(zi)帶(dai)的(de)工具(ju)(ju)箱中。
四、常見的(de)問題解決及使用技巧
1)開機沒有反(fan)應
電(dian)源沒(mei)有接,請檢查電(dian)源的插(cha)頭是否插(cha)好。接線(xian)柱線(xian)要壓(ya)緊(jin)。
2)主機(ji)菜單操作正常(chang),外接信(xin)號無(wu)反應
主機接(jie)(jie)觸**,請檢查(cha)接(jie)(jie)觸是否可靠(kao)。
3)按鍵失(shi)效或混亂
請(qing)檢查是否有鍵卡住未動彈(dan)(dan)起,如有使其彈(dan)(dan)起即可(ke)恢復工作。
4)提示電池類型錯誤
請(qing)檢查電(dian)壓回路是否已經正常連接(jie),電(dian)池(chi)類型是否與選(xuan)擇的類型一致(zhi)。
5)選(xuan)擇電(dian)池(chi)類型,按數字鍵沒有反應
電池類(lei)型選擇(2v,6v,12v),只能(neng)通(tong)過(上)↑、(下(xia))↓進行(xing)選擇。
6)設備充放電,活化過(guo)程中,按(an)ESC鍵,沒有反應
由于(yu)系統正(zheng)在工作,為了確保客戶不是誤按,如果(guo)此時需要退出,則要按ESC延(yan)時1 秒鐘。
7) 電流顯示不正確
確認(ren)電壓(ya)采樣線(xian)是否完全與圓形接(jie)頭接(jie)觸。
8) 若進入上位機軟件(jian)后顯示“Microsoft datagrid 不能初始化(hua)數(shu)據綁定(ding)”。
是數據綁定的問題,重新注(zhu)冊一(yi)下msstdfmt.dll文件就行(xing)了。
點擊(ji)開(kai)始——運行,輸入regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\msstdfmt.dll 按確(que)定即可!
五(wu)、注意事項
1)開機前,正確接好(hao)電池正負(fu)極和電池類型(xing)。
2)活化或(huo)是(shi)充放(fang)電前(qian),正確選(xuan)擇電池類型。
3)啟動機器之前,保證(zheng)夾子和電池接(jie)線柱完全接(jie)觸。
4)務必避免電池正(zheng)負極短路(lu)。
5)單次充、放電時(shi)間不能超(chao)過18個小時。
6)在切換電池(chi)時(shi),必須先關閉電源。
六、售后服務支(zhi)持及承諾
1)凡訂購本公(gong)(gong)司產品(pin),本公(gong)(gong)司將免費(fei)為用戶提(ti)供技術培(pei)訓和咨詢。用戶享受(shou)終身(shen)維修服務。
2)產品(pin)質量保證(zheng)期(qi)為(wei):自出廠之(zhi)日12個月(yue)內。
3)在質量保證期內,儀(yi)器出現(xian)因制造質量引起的故障,負(fu)責免費維修。
4)儀器在(zai)出廠一個(ge)月內,發現制造質量問題(ti),負(fu)責免(mian)費調(diao)換。
5)凡(fan)收(shou)到質量投訴信息,如不能(neng)通過通訊工(gong)具或其他(ta)溝通方式解決的,保(bao)證72小時內派維修人員(yuan)到達用(yong)戶所在地。
