二、WBDG-2000三(san)相型電容電感(gan)值分析儀功能特點

六(liu)、操作(zuo)說明
當儀器按要求接好(hao)測試線及電(dian)(dian)源線后,打開電(dian)(dian)源開關,液晶顯示開機界面(mian),如下圖:
延(yan)時兩三秒(miao)鐘(zhong)后液晶(jing)顯(xian)示主菜單,如下圖(tu)所(suo)示:
如果需(xu)要電(dian)(dian)容(rong)測(ce)試(shi),在主菜單(dan)畫(hua)(hua)面(mian)(mian)下,按(an)↑ ↓鍵,選擇 電(dian)(dian)容(rong)測(ce)試(shi) 后(hou),按(an) 確認 鍵,進入電(dian)(dian)容(rong)測(ce)量設定畫(hua)(hua)面(mian)(mian),如下圖(tu)所示(shi):
在電(dian)容(rong)測量界面(mian),按(an)↑ ↓鍵選擇(ze)被測電(dian)容(rong)類型,按(an) 確認 鍵進入如下顯示(shi)界面(mian)(選擇(ze)單(dan)相電(dian)容(rong)):
經過幾秒鐘時間,顯示測(ce)試結(jie)果如下圖(tu)所示:
如果(guo)要打印(yin)數據,請按(an)打印(yin)鍵,存儲數據請按(an)F1鍵,如果還(huan)需測(ce)量同相電壓下的其他單(dan)相電容,可按(an)返回鍵返回電容測(ce)試界面,將電流鉗夾到被測(ce)電容上(shang),按(an)確認鍵重(zhong)新(xin)測(ce)量。
在電(dian)容(rong)測量界面(mian),如(ru)果要測試(shi)三相(xiang)電(dian)容(rong),首先根據連接類型將所需測試(shi)線連接好,請按↑
↓鍵(jian)選擇被(bei)測三相(xiang)電(dian)容(rong)類型,比如(ru)如(ru)果選擇三相(xiang)△型電(dian)容(rong)測試(shi),屏幕顯示的界面(mian)如(ru)下圖所示:

存儲(chu)數據(ju)請(qing)按F1鍵(jian),打印數據請按(an)打印鍵(jian),按(an)返回(hui)(hui)鍵(jian)返回(hui)(hui)電容(rong)測試界(jie)面,其他(ta)連接(jie)類型的三相電容(rong)測試方法與上(shang)類同(tong)。按(an)返回(hui)(hui)鍵(jian)或復(fu)位(wei)鍵(jian)可回(hui)(hui)到主菜單(dan)。
電(dian)感測試(shi)(shi)及電(dian)流測試(shi)(shi)與(yu)電(dian)容測試(shi)(shi)操作類同(tong),不再(zai)重復介紹。
如果需(xu)要設(she)置時間可按← →及↑ ↓鍵,選中時間設(she)置,按確認鍵進入設(she)置界面如下(xia):
按← →改(gai)變光標前后位置,按↑
↓鍵(jian)(jian)改(gai)變光標處當前值(zhi)的(de)大小(xiao),設置完成可按返回鍵(jian)(jian)或復(fu)位鍵(jian)(jian)返回主菜(cai)單。
參數設(she)(she)(she)(she)置為出廠校(xiao)準(zhun)(zhun)時設(she)(she)(she)(she)置,建議客戶不(bu)得(de)改變(bian)其設(she)(she)(she)(she)置數據,否則會造(zao)成測試數據的不(bu)準(zhun)(zhun)。如果需(xu)要重(zhong)新更改,必(bi)須在本公(gong)司技術人(ren)員指導下進行(xing),并且先要記錄下更改前的設(she)(she)(she)(she)定值,以便設(she)(she)(she)(she)置失(shi)敗(bai)時能夠恢復(fu)初始值。
如(ru)果想查(cha)(cha)詢(xun)(xun)已存儲的記錄(lu),可(ke)在主菜(cai)單下選擇(ze)查(cha)(cha)詢(xun)(xun)記錄(lu),按確認鍵進入顯示如(ru)下:
按(an)↑ ↓鍵查詢所需記錄(lu),按(an)打(da)印(yin)鍵可(ke)打(da)印(yin)當(dang)前記錄(lu),如果要刪除(chu)記錄(lu),可(ke)按(an)F2鍵進行刪(shan)除(chu),刪(shan)除(chu)完成后(hou)所有記錄均清零。按返回鍵或復位鍵可返回主(zhu)菜單。
測試數(shu)據中(zhong)各符號的含義:
⑴、I:被測電容(rong)(抗)器的(de)電流有效值,單(dan)位為A(安(an)培(pei));
⑵、U:被測電(dian)容(抗(kang))器的電(dian)壓有效值,單位為V(伏特);
⑶、P:被測電容(抗)器的有(you)功功率有(you)效值,單(dan)位為W(瓦(wa));
⑷、F:輸(shu)出電(dian)源的當前頻率,單位為Hz(赫茲);
⑸、Rc:被測電容器的(de)容抗(kang),單位為Ω(歐姆);
⑹、Rl:被測電抗(kang)器(qi)的感(gan)抗(kang),單位為Ω(歐姆);
⑺、Rz:被(bei)測試品(pin)的阻抗,單位為Ω(歐姆);
⑻、C:被(bei)測試電容器的電容值(zhi),單(dan)位為uF(微法(fa));
⑼、Cab:被測(ce)三相電容器的AB相電容值,單位(wei)為uF(微(wei)法);
⑽、Cbc:被測三(san)相(xiang)電(dian)容(rong)器的BC相電容值,單(dan)位為uF(微法);
⑾、Cca:被測三相電容(rong)器的CA相電容值,單位為uF(微法(fa));

七、測試接線
單相電容的(de)測量:
單相電容測(ce)(ce)試(shi)時(shi),將紅測(ce)(ce)試(shi)線一端(duan)接(jie)在(zai)Ua、ua上,另一端測(ce)試鉗(qian)接在一條母(mu)線上,黑測(ce)試線一端接在Uo、uo上(shang),另一端接在另一條(tiao)母線上(shang),鉗形CT輸(shu)出線接到儀器Ia端(duan),鉗形CT夾在與紅測試鉗相(xiang)連(lian)母線(xian)的電容引入端(duan),連(lian)線(xian)時要注意電流鉗上標(biao)有“P”的一端朝向電容方向夾在電容器上(shang),否(fou)則測(ce)試的相位角不正確。
如(ru)果(guo)電容(rong)(rong)器(qi)組有多個(ge)單相電容(rong)(rong)需要(yao)測(ce)(ce)試(shi),可以在(zai)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)完**個(ge)電容(rong)(rong)值后按返回鍵,電壓(ya)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)線不(bu)用動(dong),直(zhi)接(jie)將測(ce)(ce)試(shi)電流(liu)的電流(liu)鉗打開然(ran)后夾到(dao)下一(yi)個(ge)電容(rong)(rong)上按確認鍵進(jin)行測(ce)(ce)試(shi),這(zhe)樣可大大的提高測(ce)(ce)試(shi)速(su)度,這(zhe)才(cai)是本儀器(qi)的*大特色。
(2)三相△型電容的測量(liang):
圖(tu)13是三相△形電容測(ce)量(liang)接(jie)(jie)線(xian)(xian)方(fang)法(fa),測(ce)量(liang)線(xian)(xian)由(you)儀(yi)器(qi)測(ce)量(liang)輸(shu)出(chu)端按顏色對應接(jie)(jie)好,將紅色夾(jia)子夾(jia)在母線(xian)(xian)排A相上、綠色夾(jia)子夾(jia)在母線B相上,紅色夾子夾在(zai)母線C上,然后將三個電流測量(liang)線分別對應插(cha)在儀器Ia、Ib、Ic上擰緊、鉗形(xing)傳(chuan)感器對(dui)應套在高壓電容(rong)器組A相、B相、C相引(yin)入線上(shang),要注意各鉗(qian)型電流互(hu)感(gan)器(qi)的方(fang)向(xiang)是(shi)否(fou)正確(que),否(fou)則會造成所(suo)測電容的相位角錯誤。
(3)三相Y型電容的測量:
三相Y型(xing)電容(rong)(rong)與△形(xing)聯(lian)接電容(rong)(rong)器的接線方法(fa)一(yi)樣,只(zhi)是測量時選擇三相Y型電容測量。這里不(bu)再做具(ju)體介紹(shao)。
(4)三相Yn型電容的測量:
圖14是三相Yn型(xing)電(dian)容測(ce)量接線(xian)方法,測(ce)量線(xian)由儀器(qi)測(ce)量輸出端按顏色對應接好,將紅色夾子夾在母線(xian)排A相(xiang)上(shang)、綠色夾子夾在(zai)母(mu)線(xian)B相上,紅(hong)色夾(jia)子夾(jia)在母(mu)線(xian)C上,黑色(se)夾子夾在母線N上,然(ran)后將(jiang)三個電流測(ce)量線(xian)分別對應插在(zai)儀器Ia、Ib、Ic上擰緊、鉗形傳感(gan)器(qi)對應套在高壓電(dian)容器(qi)組A相、B相(xiang)、C相引(yin)入線上(shang),要(yao)注意各鉗(qian)型電流(liu)互感器的方向(xiang)是否正確,否則會造(zao)成所測電容的相位(wei)角錯誤。
(5)三相III型電(dian)容(rong)的測量:
圖15為三相Ⅲ型電容器測量接線(xian)方法,測量線(xian)由(you)儀器測量輸出端按顏色(se)對應插好(hao),將(jiang)黃色(se)夾子夾在母線(xian)排A相上(shang),將綠(lv)色夾子夾在(zai)母線排B相(xiang)上,將紅(hong)色夾子(zi)夾在母(mu)線排C相上,黑(hei)色(se)夾子夾在(zai)A’線(xian)上,將A‘B’C‘短接(jie),然后將(jiang)三個電流(liu)測(ce)量(liang)線分(fen)別對應插在儀器Ia、Ib、Ic上擰緊(jin)、鉗(qian)形傳感器(qi)對(dui)應套在高壓電容器(qi)組A相(xiang)、B相、C相引(yin)入(ru)線上。
(6)電抗器電感(gan)的測量:
電(dian)抗器電(dian)感測試時,將紅測試線一(yi)端接在(zai)Ua、ua上(shang),另一(yi)端測(ce)試鉗接在(zai)電抗器一(yi)引出端上(shang),黑測(ce)試線一(yi)端接在(zai)Uo、uo上,另一端(duan)(duan)接在電抗器另一引(yin)出(chu)端(duan)(duan)上,鉗形CT輸(shu)出(chu)線接到儀器Ia端,鉗(qian)形CT夾在與紅測試(shi)鉗(qian)相連(lian)電抗(kang)器引出(chu)端,連(lian)線時要注意電流鉗(qian)上(shang)標有“P”的一端朝向電抗(kang)器方向夾在電抗(kang)器上,否(fou)則測(ce)試的相位角不(bu)正(zheng)確。

8.2高精(jing)度電流鉗為本儀器測量(liang)的關(guan)鍵部(bu)件(jian),受損后對測試(shi)數據(ju)有很大的影(ying)響,在使用過程中需謹(jin)慎(shen),要輕(qing)(qing)拿輕(qing)(qing)放(fang),不能從高空掉落(luo)或(huo)者摔(shuai)碰。
8.3在測量完畢并退(tui)出測量狀態后,關閉儀器電源(yuan),方可進行(xing)接線拆除(chu)。
