蓄電池活化再生裝置適用于各種電力設備

長期以來煤電(dian)作為我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)的主力電(dian)源,在我(wo)(wo)國(guo)(guo)電(dian)力可(ke)靠(kao)供應保(bao)障中(zhong)發揮著決定性作用。遠期來看(kan)(kan),在碳(tan)中(zhong)和目(mu)標下,無減(jian)排措施的燃煤發電(dian)量必然(ran)逐步削(xue)減(jian)乃至(zhi)清零,但這是一個長期過程,不可(ke)能一蹴而就。中(zhong)期來看(kan)(kan),到2030年,就國內總體(ti)而言(yan),煤(mei)電仍然是我國的主體(ti)電源,提供近50%的電量,以(yi)及不低于60%的容量支撐和重要(yao)的電網可靠保障(zhang);遠(yuan)至2040年,就(jiu)電(dian)量貢獻(xian)而(er)言,煤電(dian)屆時仍然(ran)可能(neng)是第1大電(dian)源(yuan)品種。在(zai)低(di)(di)碳(tan)(tan)減排和可靠保供的(de)雙重約(yue)束下,一(yi)(yi)方面煤電(dian)需要逐步由高碳(tan)(tan)電(dian)源(yuan)轉變為低(di)(di)碳(tan)(tan)或零碳(tan)(tan)電(dian)源(yuan),發展(zhan)綠(lv)色低(di)(di)碳(tan)(tan)技術,推動煤炭的(de)清(qing)潔(jie)高效利用,長(chang)期逐步退出以順應(ying)經濟(ji)社會(hui)的(de)清(qing)潔(jie)低(di)(di)碳(tan)(tan)發展(zhan);另一(yi)(yi)方面煤電(dian)同時作為電(dian)力(li)供應(ying)可靠、能(neng)源(yuan)系(xi)統(tong)碳(tan)(tan)中(zhong)和以及生態環境治理的(de)壓艙(cang)石,仍(reng)將(jiang)長(chang)時(shi)期(qi)承擔電力(li)可靠保供的責任,由主(zhu)體性(xing)電源轉向基(ji)礎保障性(xing)和系統調節性(xing)電源,同(tong)時(shi)肩負供熱服務。這就要求未來煤電向更加(jia)清潔低碳(tan)、更加(jia)高效、更加(jia)靈活的方向發展。

主機

主機有大夾具(紅(hong)、黑)兩個,紅(hong)(黑)夾具的接線(xian)端均固(gu)定在(zai)面板(ban)的前(qian)(qian)方,空氣開(kai)(kai)關(guan)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)面板(ban)的前(qian)(qian)方以方便開(kai)(kai)關(guan)的控(kong)制。

蓄(xu)電池活(huo)(huo)化儀(yi)(以下簡(jian)稱活(huo)(huo)化儀(yi)),是一款(kuan)多功能型(xing)蓄(xu)電池維護(hu)維修檢測的設備(bei),是對蓄(xu)電池進行日常(chang)維護(hu)不可缺少的好(hao)幫手。設備(bei)體積小(xiao),方便移動(dong)操(cao)作(zuo)。在(zai)電力、金融、通信(xin)、汽車、地鐵、大型(xing)工廠(chang)等行業(ye)有著廣泛的應用(yong)。

活化儀不僅有對蓄電池進(jin)行的可編(bian)程充電/放電(dian)(dian)循環激活(huo)作(zuo)用(yong)外(wai),還有(you)(you)以(yi)下幾種獨(du)立(li)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)方(fang)式(shi):電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)放電(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)活(huo)化、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內阻測試、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)性(xing)能(neng)測試。所有(you)(you)充(chong)放電(dian)(dian)都是(shi)可編程的(de),同時帶有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)極性(xing)柱溫度監(jian)測,過熱自動停止操(cao)作(zuo)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)自動按照三段式(shi)過程充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。這些(xie)功能(neng)完全(quan)滿足了日常對(dui)于(yu)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)維護的(de)主要需(xu)求。

本設(she)備可以在線或者(zhe)離線使(shi)用,同時兼容(rong)2V6V(根據客戶要求定做(zuo))12V電池。

功(gong)能(WBXC-2000蓄電池(chi)活化再生裝置適用于各種(zhong)電力設備

電池充(chong)電

可編程對單體電(dian)池進行(xing)充電(dian),編程內容(rong)包括:電(dian)池編號(hao),電(dian)池類型選(xuan)擇(ze),充電(dian)電(dian)流,充電(dian)時間,限壓;

充電方式:自動對蓄電池(chi)按照編(bian)程值進行三(san)段式充電:恒流—恒壓—浮充;

當(dang)滿足充(chong)電(dian)時間或是充(chong)電(dian)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)都會停止充(chong)電(dian),顯示(shi)充(chong)電(dian)完(wan)(wan)畢。

恒流充電(dian)時(shi),電(dian)流以0.1C進(jin)行充電,當(dang)電壓超過限壓時(shi)轉化為恒壓充電,當(dang)電流小(xiao)于0.005C時轉化為浮充,曲線圖(tu)如下圖(tu)所示:

溫(wen)度監測(ce),超出設(she)定值自動啟動風(feng)扇進行(xing)散熱;

電池放電

可(ke)編(bian)程對單體電池(chi)放(fang)(fang)電,編(bian)程內容(rong)包括:電池(chi)編(bian)號(hao),電池(chi)類型選(xuan)擇,放(fang)(fang)電電流,放(fang)(fang)電時間,限(xian)壓;

放(fang)電方式:恒流放(fang)電,低于限壓或是放(fang)電時間(jian)到時停止放(fang)電,顯示(shi)放(fang)電完畢;

實時顯示放電動(dong)態過程信息;

溫度檢(jian)測,超出設定值自(zi)動(dong)啟動(dong)風(feng)扇進行散熱;

電(dian)池(chi)活化

可編(bian)程對單體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行(xing)活化,編(bian)程內容包括:電(dian)(dian)(dian)池編(bian)號,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池類型選擇,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(上限),放電(dian)(dian)(dian)限壓(下(xia)限),充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)循(xun)環次數(shu),每個循(xun)環的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間,放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流;

活化方式:逐(zhu)個(ge)循環按照編程(cheng)值執行,放電(dian)完(wan)畢以低(di)于限壓或是(shi)放電(dian)設(she)(she)定時間到自動停止,充電(dian)完(wan)畢以充電(dian)設(she)(she)定時間到或是(shi)充電(dian)完(wan)畢為(wei)準,;

實時顯示活化動態(tai)過程信息(xi);

溫(wen)度監(jian)測,超出設定值自動啟動風(feng)扇進行(xing)散熱;

內阻測試

可編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)對(dui)單體電(dian)池進行內(nei)(nei)阻測試,編(bian)(bian)程(cheng)內(nei)(nei)容包括(kuo):電(dian)池編(bian)(bian)號,電(dian)池類型(xing)選擇,測試電(dian)流。
