2.3  操作使用注意事項(xiang)

警告:本儀器屬于帶電工作設備,為(wei)了您的**,請(qing)遵守(shou)國(guo)家**生產的相關規(gui)(gui)定,嚴格按電力(li)計量裝置現場校驗操(cao)作規(gui)(gui)程(cheng)操(cao)作。

正確連接供電電源(注意:電源范(fan)圍為 AC87V~265V);

操(cao)作(zuo)前(qian)請先閱(yue)讀本說明書正確設置測量(liang)參數;

不能(neng)(neng)將脈沖線的夾子夾到電能(neng)(neng)表的電壓端子,否則(ze)會損(sun)壞(huai)儀器;

不能(neng)將電壓端(duan)子線插到電流端(duan)子口上,否則會損壞儀器(qi);

不能將電流(liu)端子線插(cha)到電壓端子口上,否則(ze)會損壞儀(yi)器;

正確選擇電(dian)流量程,電(dian)流量程一般不要超過額定(ding)值(zhi)的 220%

每只鉗表分(fen)正(zheng)負端:“+”端表示電流(liu)進(jin)、“-”端表示(shi)電(dian)流出;

不同相儀器的鉗表(biao)不要(yao)互換使用,否則會影響測量(liang)精度;

由于內置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),能從電(dian)(dian)壓端子上供(gong)電(dian)(dian),校驗(yan)臺上使用本儀器,請選擇儀器的電(dian)(dian)池或外接電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian),以免影響校驗(yan)臺電(dian)(dian)壓輸出;

該儀器(qi)屬于精密儀器(qi),請小心輕放;

鉗表的嵌口(kou)應(ying)保持清潔,因(yin)為油(you)污和灰(hui)垢會影響測量精度;

嚴禁使用腐蝕性有機(ji)溶液(ye)擦(ca)拭儀器;

2.4  儀器操作流(liu)程

儀(yi)器使(shi)用中嚴格按(an)照(zhao)操作流程進行

開啟(qi)儀(yi)器電源→接儀(yi)器端(duan)測(ce)試(shi)線(xian)→接電能(neng)表端(duan)測(ce)試(shi)線(xian)及鉗表→設(she)置校(xiao)驗(yan)參數→校(xiao)驗(yan)→拆除電能(neng)表端(duan)測(ce)試(shi)線(xian)→關閉儀(yi)器→拆除儀(yi)器端(duan)測(ce)試(shi)線(xian)。

注:鉗表(biao)“+”為電流(liu)流(liu)進方向(xiang)“-”為電流(liu)流(liu)出方向(xiang)。

2.5  接線

校驗單相電能表接(jie)線方法:

現場帶(dai)負荷

儀(yi)器測電能表“火”線接到(dao)儀(yi)器+端口, “零”線接到儀(yi)器-端口;鉗表線接(jie)到儀(yi)器“鉗表1”或“鉗(qian)表2” 端(duan)口;脈沖輸入(ru)裝置接(jie)到儀器“脈沖”端(duan)口。

1、 當儀(yi)器從火線的進線口取(qu)電壓時,鉗表應接到火線出線上,否(fou)則會影響校驗誤(wu)差(cha)準確度;

2、 當儀器從火線(xian)的出線(xian)口取電壓時,鉗表應(ying)接到(dao)火線(xian)進線(xian)上,否(fou)則會影響校驗誤差準確度(du)。

開啟儀器電源,屏幕顯示如下的界面:

現場設置:



常(chang) 數:指(zhi)被(bei)測電(dian)能(neng)表的常數;

N指來多少(shao)次(ci)(ci)脈沖儀器計算(suan)一次(ci)(ci)誤(wu)差(cha)。具體到機械式電(dian)能表,就是(shi)來多少(shao)次(ci)(ci)黑標(biao)計算(suan)一次(ci)(ci)誤(wu)差(cha)(值(zhi)得(de)注意的是在手(shou)動方式下,來多(duo)少次黑標按一下手(shou)動開關(guan));

光電(dian)(手動)脈(mo)沖采樣(yang)方式;(注:光(guang)電頭(tou)和(he)脈(mo)沖線(xian)都(dou)是用(yong)光(guang)電采樣(yang)模(mo)式)

輸(shu) 入:指(zhi)的是(shi)電流采(cai)樣(yang)方式(需(xu)輸入變(bian)比數值(zhi),如果是(shi)直通表變(bian)比值(zhi)為1:1,其他情況依據現場TA變(bian)比輸入);

變比(bi):互感器銘牌所標稱的(de)值。

誤差(cha):電(dian)能表現場校驗產(chan)生的(de)誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)參(can)數。儀器根據(ju)輸(shu)入的(de)電(dian)能表產(chan)生和采(cai)集到的(de)電(dian)能表參(can)數經過(guo)高精準計算處(chu)理(li)的(de)電(dian)能表的(de)計量計算的(de)電(dian)量值(zhi)和實(shi)際(ji)電(dian)量比值(zhi)誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)值(zhi))顯示電(dian)表三個連續誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)。

電流輸出(chu)及功率因數:在(zai)無負荷情況下校表,儀器可輸出模擬(ni)負載(zai);模擬(ni)負載(zai)數值可進行設置選(xuan)擇(ze)。

電(dian)工(gong)參數區:

顯(xian)示全(quan)部電工參數,有如下(xia)幾(ji)種:

U(V)、I(A)、φ(夾角)、F(頻率)、P(W)、Q(Var)、COSФ

供(gong)電模式(shi)標(biao)識(shi):供(gong)電模式有電壓端子供(gong)電、電池(chi)供(gong)電、適(shi)配器供(gong)電三種;

當供電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)圖標顏色(se)為紅色(se)時,代表(biao)手動供電(dian)(dian)模式(shi),手動供電(dian)(dian)模式(shi)可以(yi)強(qiang)制選擇端子供電(dian)(dian)或電(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)。(通過F4進(jin)行供電模式輪(lun)換)

時間:儀(yi)器系統時間。

電池狀態標(biao)識:電(dian)池(chi)(chi)狀態標識為(wei)綠色(se)時電(dian)池(chi)(chi)已充(chong)滿電(dian),為(wei)紅(hong)色(se)時表(biao)示電(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)量不足(zu),為(wei)白色(se)時表(biao)示正在使(shi)用電(dian)池(chi)(chi)。

輸入法標(biao)識:輸入法標識為“12 ”表示數字輸(shu)入,為“AB”表(biao)示拼音大寫字(zi)符輸(shu)入(ru),為(wei)“ab”表(biao)示拼音小(xiao)寫字符(fu)輸入,為“漢”表(biao)示漢字輸入。

電(dian)池供電(dian)

儀器在用手動(dong)選擇電池供電時,儀器屏幕(mu)右下角電池狀(zhuang)態標(biao)識為紅色電池圖標(biao)(如圖:)按【F4】即(ji)可切換為端子供電。

自動選擇(ze)供電模式時,儀器(qi)屏幕右下角電池狀態(tai)標識為黃色電池圖標。

端子供電

手動選(xuan)擇供電模式:

儀器(qi)在手動選擇供(gong)電模(mo)式(shi)下,儀器(qi)儀器(qi)屏幕右下角供(gong)電模(mo)式(shi)標識(shi)為紅色向(xiang)上的小插頭圖標(如圖:)按【F4】即可切(qie)換(huan)為電池供(gong)電。

自動選擇供(gong)電模(mo)式:

儀(yi)器(qi)在自動(dong)選(xuan)擇供電模式下,在沒有適(shi)配器(qi)供電的情況下,儀(yi)器(qi)自動(dong)選(xuan)擇在線端子供電,供電模式標(biao)識顯示為向(xiang)上(shang)黃(huang)色(se)小插頭圖(tu)標(biao),如上(shang)圖(tu)所示。

適配器供電

手動選擇供(gong)電模式:

儀(yi)器在手(shou)動選擇供電(dian)模(mo)式下,接上適(shi)配器時適(shi)配器就會給電(dian)池充電(dian)。

自動(dong)選擇供(gong)電模式(shi):

儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)在自動選(xuan)擇供電模式下,插上適配(pei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)這時儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)就會(hui)自動選(xuan)擇從適配(pei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)供電工(gong)作。

2.10 充電

給(gei)儀器(qi)(qi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)有三種方式分別為電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)端(duan)子充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線給(gei)儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),校(xiao)驗現場電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)給(gei)儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)還有一種是(shi)通過適(shi)配器(qi)(qi)給(gei)儀器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian);

儀器(qi)電池充電,大約(yue)需8小時能(neng)給(gei)電池(chi)充滿電;滿電池(chi)狀(zhuang)態大約能(neng)維(wei)持(chi)儀器4小(xiao)時無(wu)間(jian)斷工作。

端子充電線

1、電壓(ya)端子充電線(xian)的紅色端接到U端口,黑線(xian)接(jie)到(dao)儀器(qi)U端口;

2、在(zai)開(kai)啟儀器按(an)【系統】鍵,再按(an)【4】進入充電管理界面;

3、端(duan)子(zi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)線接上(shang)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),儀器充(chong)電(dian)(dian)管理界(jie)面就會顯示(shi)電(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)壓、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流數(shu)值。

校驗現場充電

1、在(zai)現場(chang)校驗(yan)界面按(an)【F4】鍵,界面會提示“由電(dian)池供電(dian)模(mo)式換……

2、當屏(ping)幕儀器(qi)儀器(qi)屏(ping)右下角供(gong)電(dian)(dian)模(mo)式標(biao)識(shi)為(wei)紅色小插頭圖(tu)標(biao)時,儀器(qi)使用校驗現(xian)場電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)模(mo)式并為(wei)儀器(qi)電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)。

適配(pei)器充電

選擇(ze)適配器(qi)給儀(yi)器(qi)電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)

如圖:

注:在室內校驗臺上使用儀器時,請選擇供電方式為電池或適配器供電,通過電壓端子供電會影響校驗臺的電壓輸出精度或諧波。
